Charge double the price for doing what you can do yourself.

Your already doing all the work. Just go direct to passport office yourself and avoid these cowboys.

Me and my Girlfriend needed some urgent guaranteed passports for a last minute trip away. Tom and Ben were so helpful throughout the process walking me through each step and getting us the passports within 1 week, leaving us more than enough time to get on our flights.

The clock was ticking to sort a time-sensitive application.

And I needed a passport ASAP to complete the application.

But after being out the UK for a few months, I hadn't got around to renewing my passport.

With summer coming up, my wife and I were going abroad for a holiday (something we haven’t done since Covid) but I needed to update my passport as it was expiring next month, with holiday around the corner and added stress of passport, I came across the passport experts TikTok’s and messaged them via WhatsApp, they were extremely helpful from the start and really reassured me that my passport can be with me in the space of 2 days, which I found shocking, I didn’t have to move a muscle and they took care of everything from start to finish.
