Great service!
I ordered a Halti-collar and paid extra for speedy delivery but after a week it became clear it had gone AWOL. I contacted The Pawsley, who immediately sent a no quibble replacement, which arrived quickly, and they gave me a discount code for my next purchase. Two weeks later the missing collar arrived. I contacted them again and they thanked me for my honesty and said I could keep the duplicate with their blessing. Ultimately the cock-up was Royal Mail's and not theirs but they took the hit and were gracious and helpful. (ps. Halti-collars are brilliant!).
