Unfortunately, I can only give this company a 1-star rating.

I made a purchase on June 5, and the system froze during checkout, resulting in my card being charged three additional times. I contacted customer service immediately and was informed that the duplicate charges had been escalated to the appropriate department for processing. I was also told that my refund would be issued within 24–48 hours.

It has now been several weeks, and I still have not received my refund or any meaningful update regarding the status of my case. I guess my refund wasn't their concern, even after I was told it had been escalated and would be resolved within two days.

The lack of follow-up and poor customer service has been extremely disappointing. I am writing this review in the hope of finally resolving this issue. It's unfortunate that I have to leave a public review just to hopefully receive a response.

This website really came through at a time that we really needed it. Thank you so much for this service. The website was easy to navigate and I loved how easy it was to input all information and receive an automatic generated paystub.

The paystubs doesn't work, I used to get an apartment and it didn't work and the income was valid, I do contractor work so I don't receive paystubs and need them. So I thought this may solve my issue but no it didn't work so I wasted my money.

Very good experience and quick to setup, while making sure all thing are accurate for record keeping.

Needed pay stubs to buy an rv and being self employed it was hard to prove income thanks to the pay stubs I was able to organize my weekly pay out of my business in a pay stub form

Overall looks great but too simple than other paystubs from adp, workday or bamboohr

The use of the website was very, very simple and easy. I am not text savvy at all, and this was an excellent product for me. I needed to make some paystub‘s for one employee that I have and I did not want to have to sign up for an expensive payroll service and this was just exactly what I needed.
