Consistent unwanted spam calling for several weeks Never signed up for this service and they will not remove me from their constant sales calls list.

I reached out to this company after I fell into some trouble. I spoke to Kevin who was amazing. No judgement was passed and they helped me by clearly explaining each option and made me feel comfortable with the option I chose. With this help, my life has changed as I don't have to worry about my finances. Great appreciation and would highly recommend to anybody going through a tough time with debts.

This company were very friendly and knowledgeable from the moment we spoke on the phone, within a short amount of time Jordan sorted out my debt problems and gave me peace of mind knowing I was on track to getting my debts back in order - I couldn't thank this company more.

I approached The People's Advisory after a bad experience from another company and i spoke with a lady called Elaine she was so supportive and understanding and made me feel at ease. I had bailiffs turn up at my property for council tax arrears whilst i was on the phone and Elaine helped me stay calm. I have now managed to get some of my debts written off and will not be bothered by bailiffs again. I am so happy i spoke with these guys.

Terrible experience! Don’t waste your time people. For a few days they strung me along letting me believe they could help with my debts etc. all bull crap! It’s disgusting that some are more equal than others it seems. They SHOULD be more willing/able to help the most disadvantaged and start from those with little or no income. Because women in my age group have been robbed of our rightful pensions (which ought to have started at 60), as if we’ve not been punished enough already, they coldly refuse to accept any other income you’ve got coming into the household! So s*d you - you’re on your own! Disgusting and very demoralising! I worked on my finances list that afternoon only to be devastated by this big fat nothing burger. Charming! Well I’m not going away. I’ll make complaints everywhere if I have to, so that me and other ladies in my position can be HEARD at long last! We’ve already suffered and have been penalised enough! Thanks “People’s Advisory”. What nay-sayers you are! You should instead be challenging Government and anyone else concerned on this viability or crazy “eligibility” issue which is holding back many deserving cases and denying access!!!

I'm very happy with the process, they contacted all my creditors for me who have been bombarding me with bills for months on end and I had no idea where to turn. speaking to the advisers made me feel like I wasn't alone and they got me the help I needed to get back on track, now i'm doing better than I've ever been!

Initially I felt happy with their service, but felt they didn't have the patience to let me think about my options first.
I can't make a decision on a whim, I need to process it.
I can't make that decision in one phone call, they need to allow you at least that evening to mull it over. For that reason I'm not that happy.
It's not my fault, my bank wouldn't let me print my statement, or I got another important call through after 1.25 hours on the phone, to see if I was picking up my car as they were shutting in five mins.
Patience is the key.

I had been avoiding thinking about my debt for a while. I saw an advert on Facebook and filled in my details, not thinking anything of it. I received a phone call to discuss my options and honestly haven’t looked back. Such a relief to have a plan in place. Brilliant customer service, couldn’t have asked for more

Just wrote a poor review. I need to change that. Completely forgot about the three way conversation I'd had. I've spoken to a lovely young lady and she explained exactly who they are. They aren't a debt management company. Just give advice and they will contact creditors if you need them to, but it doesn't cost anything.

I didn't think my debt was easy to sort out and I was worried all the time. I answered the phone after filling in some info from their advert on Instagram. I spoke with a gentleman called kevin he was very professional and very helpful. It's like a weight lifted off my mind straight away.

I spoke with a lovely lady called Alex about my struggles with my debts I hadn’t really felt comfortable about speaking with anyone before about my situation but I’m glad I did. I feel a weight has been lifted off my shoulders and I have a plan on how to move forward with my debts I would recommend the People’s advisory they really listened to me and couldn’t be more helpful. I can’t thank you enough.
