My overall impression was that they did not care at all - almost glad to get rid of me. I got a new contract, transferred my number and shut the account.

Great value sim.

I needed a cheap sim for a second phone. £3.99 a month is cheap as chips. Perfect for the job. The donation to a charity of my choice is a bonus.

Overall and excellent service and value for money.

The pay monthly suites my needs as I suspect I would be classed as a low user of both phone and internet, Their web site is easy to access and simple to follow. It's cheaper for me to use than any time telephone calls with the major companies. And they contribute 10% of bill to a charity of our choice. Well deserved excellent rating.

My sim did not receive incoming texts…

My sim did not receive incoming texts or phone calls constant promises day after day that my old number would be transferred that day. I lost out on a weeks worth of business phone calls and income as my mobile number is the way that customers can contact me. Utterly disgusted with the lack of interest or urgency on TPOs part and not even one apology from them. NEVER USE TPO EVER!!!!!!!!

Very poor

Same problems as previous reviewers, although i did not find customer service rude. They kept telling me my number had been transferred but it had not. After a week of no service i have obtained my PAC code and moved elsewhere.

I also have had The same problems…

I also have had The same problems number should have been moved last Tuesday every day they told me tomorrow or the next day now they say Monday. Also they are going to take another payment 13 days after taking first advance payment. This for a monthly contract ?
I joined through money saving expert wonder what Martin Lewis thinks of our troubles?.
Can only hope it will get better when they get they're act together.
At last number transferred 10 days after I asked 8 days after they said they would do the transfer. I had 3 emails from them asking if I was satisfied!!!

Unacceptable

I am having exactly the same problem as the last two people who reviewed this company. My old number was supposed to be transferred over last Tuesday evening and yes you've guessed it i'm still waiting and likewise with the other two I cannot receive incoming calls.
Toward the end of last week I was informed that there were technical issues in the transfer of numbers. According to their site that no longer appears to be the case so I would hope that when this and the two previous reviews are read by someone at TPO, sometime hopefully on Monday morning , that they will contact each of us to tell us when our old numbers will be ported over and if for whatever reason they cannot do this, then I hope that they will be honest with us so that we can make an informed decision and take our business to a more reliable and competent supplier if it turns out that they cannot supply us with what we are paying them to do. Please though TPO , be honest with us and don't treat us with contempt.

Liars and idiots

Agree with the Martin. My experience is exactly the same. I could of been the one that wrote his review. I now myself have no service and my number doesn't exist. Customer Service couldn't give a damn and tell me the same old xxxx every time I manage to speak to someone. I've had my number for years, ported numerous times and never had an issue. Now some stupid company manages to loose it and can't tell me what the problem is. They are complete liars and say different things each time then back track. Avoid at all costs!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I joined TPO Mobile around a week ago and it's the worst mobile related decision I have EVER made!
I requested on Monday (12th) for my number to transfer over from my old network, was told this would happen on the Tuesday (13th) by 8pm. It's now Saturday (17th) and still nothing! This means that anyone who rings my old or new number are being told the number doesn't exist!!
I have rang TPO customer service everyday since Tuesday only to be hung up on 3 times! When I have managed to speak to someone they've been unhelpful, rude, and have an 'I don't care attitude'!
I still don't know when my phone will be working again as they keep telling me the same thing everytime.....'It'll be working by 8pm tonight'!!! Tried ringing again today only to be greeted with an automated service stating that they're to busy to speak to me today and to use the chat help messenger service, and guess what......IT DOESN'T WORK!!!
So basically, long story short....I'm still paying for a contract that I can't use and they simply don't care, It's a complete shambles.

Very happy with the UK service

Very happy with the UK service and especially with TPO's commitments to charities. My only reservation has been with difficulties getting access to a data link in France and Spain although 'calls' work fine. I've received advice from TPO and will await testing this during my next visit to Europe.

Good, but not quite great

Excellent price for my pay monthly package with more data, minutes and texts than I can possibly use. My only reservation (and reason why TPO don't rate 5 stars) is the hit and miss service from customer services. Such a shame really because my experience with TPO is otherwise excellent.
