I have ordered twice from The Perfect Stitches, LLC and both times I have worked with Paul Brown. He has been the best! I ordered patches for my grandson’s team almost a year ago, and now I ordered another set in different colors and sizes. I would definitely recommend Paul and his team to anyone, along with using them again in the future.

I ordered 5 shirts with my company logo on front and back of shirts. I ordered one L, one XL and 3 XXL. I wear an XL but to be safe I always buy XXL so that when I wash it and it shrinks it still fits. I put on my XXL shirt and it was super tight on me (never washed it yet). These shirts seem to be a couple sizes small to true size. The quality was great and so was the communication. If you use this company for shirts them make sure to get 2 or 3 sizes bigger for them to fit! If I owned this company id make sure to tell my clients about this issue so it doesn't happen again. Good luck!

Edit: So The store contacted me and wanted me to buy hoodies just to send me new shirts that were not true to size. Id actually never spend any more money with these people ever again. He acted like he wanted to make things right so I told him to send more shirts that were true to size then his communication just stopped! No text back! Ill post some pictures of a local company that had to make me some more shirts. Just look at the size difference! The ones he sent me are on the right and the new shirts I got from the local company is on the left. Both are XXL. Im also going to change my 2 star review to a 1 star review due to his actions! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE! Sorry but it won't let me add the pictures....

I shop with The Perfect Stitches very often. They supply all of my chenille and sequin patches. The quality is amazing, customer service is fantastic, prices are very reasonable - especially great for bulk orders, and shipping is quick! I just placed another order today… and am sure I’ll order again soon!

I had an embroidered hoodie made along with several hats featuring my logo and slogan on leather patches, and everything came out absolutely perfect. The stitching is clean, the leather patches look incredible, and the quality is top‑notch across the board. My logo was captured flawlessly. I’ll definitely be ordering again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for custom apparel done right.

First time ordering thru TPS. Experience was great other than the sizing was off for my order. Seems like their sizing is 2 times smaller than a true U.S. sizing.

Communication by Logan via texting was excellent! He made sure I was happy by sending me a few larger sizes to correct the issue.

Other than the sizing, I was happy with the product but most of all Logan! Logan was a dream to work with and did not ignore my messages and kept me posted on delivery etc. A++ Logan!! Until the next time, Thank you!

I ordered custom patches for a upcoming girls trip. The patches turned out great. I received them very quickly. I am very happy with the quality! I will definitely order from them again.

I ordered my first order and they came really bad not cut right glue hanging over and I was told I’d have to order more to get them first batch corrected. They attempted to say it was FedEx but they were cut wrong. Than the second order came and the product was better. But I don’t think it’s right to make a customer order more pay more to get something fixed. Talking to the sales guy he kept changing excuses too. He said it was my fault. Than it was fedx than production. It was 2 days of a headache trying to get this corrected. I also waited 3 weeks for the first ordered that was messed up. I’m not sure if I would honestly recommended the company. But I saw the one star review and wanted to say I experienced the same headache. And it played out the same. I’m not sure if this happens all the time or not but it was a headache as a business owner I didn’t want to deal with.

Edit; I only took the time to do this review because their thank you card says you can get an instant $5 in your PayPal to do it. I figured getting some money back would make this less annoying and a nice gesture from the company. I got no money in my PayPal. 🤓
