I have given this company two separate chances, and both experiences were an absolute disaster.
The first time was last year in November, when my order was returned to them due to an alleged address error, even though the address was completely correct. At the same time, I placed two other orders at Amazon and another direct competitor, and I received my orders without any problems. Instead of re-sending my order as agreed, they forced an unrequested refund and refused to honor the original discount for a re-order.
When I tried again recently, their automated security system flagged my valid military APO shipping address located abroad as "fraudulent" simply because my IP address matched my physical foreign country. When I contacted support, I was met with defensive, automated canned responses refusing to help, completely ignoring the fact that their security system seems to not be able to handle APO addresses, and flat-out refusing again to honor the original discount for a re-order even if they are the ones asking me to place my order again, unbelievable!
If you are stationed abroad or use an APO address, save yourself the headache and avoid shopping here. They will take your money, blame their own technical failures on you, and refuse to stand by their promotions.
