Hi Jim,
Your order was scanned by Royalmail on 7th July and your items were delivered on 10th July. Royalmail does not work over the weekend and we take 2 working days to prepare your sample and ship. Even though we send all our order through 48 hours tracked service, Royalmail could take more time to deliver. This is why we give tracking number so you can check the whereabouts of your order. Now that you have received your order, we request you to reassess your 3 star rating. Anything below 5 star affects our business. Thanks.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry that your order took longer than expected to arrive.

Your order was dispatched promptly on 2nd July using Royal Mail Tracked 48, our standard tracked delivery service. Unfortunately, due to staffing shortages at Royal Mail's Brinklow Distribution Centre, your parcel wasn't processed there until 7th July and is expected to be delivered by 10th July.

Although Royal Mail Tracked 48 is a fully tracked service, delivery times can occasionally be affected by operational delays, the destination, the number of distribution centres a parcel passes through, and the fact that Royal Mail does not process mail in the same way over weekends.

We completely understand how frustrating delivery delays can be. If you had contacted us via our live chat or email before leaving your review, we would have been more than happy to investigate the tracking, explain the delay, and keep you updated throughout.

We hope you'll be pleased with your order once it arrives, and if you feel our service deserves it, we'd be very grateful if you would consider updating your review, as it makes a significant difference to a small independent business like ours.
