Loved creating the personalised perfume. The speaker on the day took a long time to get started which actually took time away from being sure of your choices. Additionally the air con had broken down and although fans were provided it was still very hot and uncomfortable plus the water to drink was not cold. A discount gesture could have been offered. However the speaker was friendly..

What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon! The team were very knowledgeable and the location was great (although no accessible toilet facilities as far as I could see). Allow more time than the 2 hours as they make your perfumes while you wait to take away - and if you're at the back of the queue with 30 orders in front of you then it takes time! Excelletn experience.

This gift experience was really well received and the experience was on thr whole very positive. Nice welcome drink, environment and good energy. However between each section it felt like we stepped into the Shopping Channel such was the heavy upselling, and this got v annoying plus took away time from the substance of the day so then was rushed at end. I sense people would still upgrade and buy drinks without such a hard-sell. While my gift recipients loved it, it would make me think twice about going again/booking again as spoils the flow and tone.

I went with my niece to the Perfume Studio in London as I was gifted the Gold experience for two, where we each get a 5ml bottle of our bespoke perfume. It was a fantastic experience. We had welcome drinks to settle us into the afternoon and the time passed by quickly as we were expertly guided about the elements of great perfume. It ran from 11am -1pm and in the end, I upgraded so I could get a 30ml bottle of the incredible perfume I made! My niece was so happy and created a scent that she will forever love.

Great fun! Great for a party or casual get together.

Advice for those attending:
1. It may say 2 hours but it can take up to 3 hours
2. The course does not really educate you on perfumes - it is more general overview. If you are looking for more detail you may want a small group setting.

Very interesting, fun and worth the money. The hosts had good knowledge of the industry and making perfume but still kept the atmosphere light and fun. The perfume is good quality and you get to choose bottle colour and name your perfume. It is put on website so you can rebuy or other people can purchase it .
Would recommend and it’s an experience you can do again so we will be rebooking.

Brilliant day out great fun with lots of information on perfume

I really enjoyed exploring the different scents and learning about how to pair them. The experience itself was lovely, though I would have preferred a bit less focus on product sales and upselling, as it sometimes felt more like a sales pitch than an immersive experience

I had a wonderful time creating my own blend, learning much along the way. The team and host were really friendly, smiling and happy, creating the tone and atmosphere for a nice day. The experience was enjoyable, a sense of excitement. I’ve been on this fragrance blending experience a few times, and can honestly say each time, the team have been fantastic, welcoming, and knowledgeable. There is always a good mix and background of those attending these events, everyone is always friendly. I would definitely recommend this experience to friends and family.

I really enjoyed this perfume blending experience and learned a lot about fragrances and how top, middle, and base notes work—knowledge I’ll definitely use in the future.

One small suggestion would be to explain the blending process more clearly and in simpler terms. For me, It wasn’t clear that we were meant to blend four notes in total, not from each category, so I ended up misunderstanding the process and had to rush my final choices.

Overall, I’m still happy with the result and loved creating my own named perfume. I’d consider doing the experience again.

Interesting to learn about fragrance blends and better understand what goes into a mix. Our host was fun but could drop the many attempts at upselling and selling off special offers, cheapened the experience.

The staff were very informative and helpful.

I went along with my daughter and we both really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and learning all about the different perfumes. It was a busy session with reduced staff, but we felt we had had enough time to try everything. Nice to come home with our own bespoke scent which we can replenish at any time. Would recommend!

The Experience was bought as a 60th Birthday surprise for a friend; three of us went and we all thought it was terrific. From the warm and friendly welcome to the educational element to the creation of our own fragrances; everything about the Experience was great. I'd highly recommend it.

The lady leading the session was very nice and knowledgeable, but overall this was not what we were expecting. It turned out to be a 2-hour meeting-style discussion about senses, with no music or background atmosphere to lighten the mood. The room was so quiet you could literally hear people swallow — it felt heavy, uncomfortable, and definitely not fun. Some of us were even struggling to stay awake.
Yes, we did end up making a perfume, but the vibe was completely flat and the whole experience was really boring. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this at all.

Very enjoyable experience

A nice two hour experience giving some insights into perfume making but also a lot of sales talk which together with the introduction takes up the better half of the whole experience. The second hour seemed very rushed as there a lot of different middle and top note perfumes to smell and to try matching them to an end product of creating your own perfume.

We hired the Perfume Studio to host a corporate event for us. Communication was very good and they were very considerate of our requests and willing to shape the evening around them. Our stylist Kat was fantastic and all of the guests were very happy and complimentary.

I attended with a group of friends and we had a wonderful time. If you have sensory issues, it can feel a little overwhelming to smell so many different fragrances, but the atmosphere in the room was full of excitement! I had so much fun, and being able to name my own blend of perfume was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this experience.
