Do not order.

Ordered a bedroom mirror on 13th October. Checked the tracking provided after 3 weeks, the mirror went into”production” on 22nd October, and there it stayed until mid November. Sent emails to chase the order, automated responses. Opened a dispute with the bank and was refunded. I had “tracking” from “Evri” within 24hrs, another scam site and not an Evri tracking number. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. This company also appear to have two entries on here, beware!

Awful customer service

It's been so long now I have no idea when I ordered a personalised present for my mum. I have been chasing this company via email and have today received a reply stating they are waiting for a base to put my solar light on. Ive requested a full refund and surprise surprise no comment! If the company bother to reply to this, give me a full refund and I can guarantee I will never use this company again!

Great customer service

So impressed that Charlotte changed my delivery address so my new grandson’s gift could be sent directly to him. She was so happy to help, it makes a very pleasant change! We haven’t seen the personalised teddy yet, but feel sure it will be perfect.
If it is, I will certainly use this company again.

I loved the mug that I ordered and…

I loved the mug that I ordered and couldn't believe how quickly it arrived. Considering I ordered it not long before Christmas I was so shocked when it arrived within a couple of days andclooked just as id hoped. Thank you x
