Cousin loved gift

It was so nice to be able to send a gift to my sister’s new baby even though if in the US. Money box was greatly received and kept updated about delivery timeframe.

No Communication

I wanted to buy a certain mug i have enquired twice in the last week and heard nothing. When i joined up for newsletters they sent me a 10% off code, Valued for less than 48 hours, Cant use as a cant get a reply

I had to say I am delighted to with my engraved wine bucket and it made a love touch at the top table of our wedding. I actually bought it for after but was so pleased when it arrived much earlier than expected (like the next day!)

Saved my a lot of stress when I made a mistake. I placed an order quite late at night and when I received the confirmation email I had spelt my daughter’s name wrong. I emailed thinking this wouldn’t be seen but to my surprise I received a response so quickly and they corrected this for me.

So happy with our photo cushion

So happy with our photo cushion. I gave it to my partner for our anniversary and I was so impressed the quality of it. The got in touch with me because the photo I initially uploaded was blurry (I’m partially sighted so I couldn’t really tell) but I really appreciated this and such personal customer service is rare these days. Huge thank you and I will definitely be back.

Photo sequin cushion

Ordered a photograph sequin cushion. The preview of the cushion was nothing like the cushion I received. The preview had black pixels and the one I received had white pixels. It was shocking. It had a big white border around it. The colour blue was not even like the colour on the website and the staff are very slow to respond via email. I was so disappointed, I cried, and couldn’t give it as a gift.

I am sorry to hear that this has happened. I have looked into this and we responded to all your enquiries within the timeframe stated on our website. You first reached out to us regarding the delivery timeframe and we proceeded to stay in touch providing with you with tracking information. When you received your cushion you reached out to us to let us know you were unhappy with it regarding the photo quality. A member of our team replied explaining that this was due to the blurry photo you had uploaded. The white border is clearly stated in the product description along with our photo guidlines which recommend you upload a clear, high quality photo. As with all sequin cushions white gaps do appear on the photos printed and this is a result of the printing process. We have tried to make this information all clear as possible with it clearly being stated on our website in the product description.

Up until we received this review I can find no mention of any complaint about the blue colour of the sequin cushion. I have reviewed the preview myself and the background pixels are clearly shown as white.

For context, I would also like to point out that a specific member of our staff has been in touch with you regarding this entire exchange and you have persisted in leaving negative reviews on our review sites including directing comments specifically at this person while I feel is completely unnecessary.

Happy with my order

Happy with my order. Most people think i’m mad but I ordered Christmas stuff and was really pleased they still have their range available throughout the year as most other shops remove it.
