My dog loves the product
My dog loves the product! The pro right advance has really brightened his smile. He gets compliments on how white his teeth are all the time now. I’ve also tried a ton of different hip and joint meds and he really enjoys these ones as well. Other brands I had to cut up and hide in his food. The probiotic chews as well… solid movements. Overall very pleased with these products

I have been a customer for a long time. This rebranding also includes a cut back of effective ingredients. I am deeply disappointed and will search for another product. This is deceptive. I noticed that they show no photos of the back of the new tub which lists actual ingredients. I had to look deeper in the website and found product facts, where I confirmed the difference. Saying "same formula unchanged", when it has changed is deceptive. E.g. Glucosamine is one of the most important ingredients - it has been cut in half (900mg per chew before, now 450mg per chew). They show no reason for this change, no science article saying it will work just as well at the lower amount. They just hid it! To see where they say formula is unchanged go to the website, click on Help, then “Our Products”, then “Our New Look Explained”. For ingredients, Click on Products, then Joint Chews for dogs, then key ingredients in the top ribbon, then scroll down and click on "see all ingredients". If you have the old brand, you can compare. Note you have to find “Product Facts” to get exact formulation. Otherwise you only get photos and names. I would attach a photos of mine, but it won't let me here. I also can’t list links. This reduction in active ingredients may mean I have to give more chews to my dog to achieve the same result. I think it is upsetting if a customer does not know this and suddenly sees the reduction in effectiveness in their dog. I am deeply disappointed.

We want to mention that the Joint Care Chew information and formulation currently shown on our website is the Salmon flavor, which is our newest version of the product. If you've been using the Joint Care Chew for a long time, you're most likely getting the older version, which is the pork flavor. It has 900mg Glucosamine and 200mg Green Lipped Mussel. Your Joint Care Chew flavor can be seen on the front product label, and you can cross-check it with the flavor shown on the website.
However, we'd still like to review this information to ensure everything is as it should be. Would you kindly share with us your order ID? Once we have this information, we'll be able to confirm the product version you've been receiving.

Pet Lab has allowed my 15 year old dog…
Pet Lab has allowed my 15 year old dog to live life fully again! Joint Care Chews by Pet Lab, replaced a medicine the Vet put Champ on that made our pup lethargic and dull, sleeping most of the time and never wanting to play. We stopped the Meds about two years ago and replaced it with the Multivitamin chews and Joint Care chews and we have our lively, playful, Pup who loves walks and running again. We use their other products also!

Poor support. Inconclusive supplement
I tried the joint supplement for my dog for a few years now and don't see any changes. Which is hard to quantify as maybe it is helping degradation or maybe it is doing nothing at all. My dog does not like the taste of it and will actively avoid it. It's common to see an empty bowl with just the joint supplement sitting there.
Apparently, they recently switched their method of delivery. Which ended up at a random house. We've looked at our neighbors porches and it does not look familiar. Instead of standing behind a loyal customer, we are forced to prove that we did not get it (how do you prove something you dont have). This shows what kind of company this is and we may be looking at different source. Will not be recommending this company to our dogquaintances.

I love using PetLab Co for my dogs products! We have used the dental powder and joint care chews and he loves them both! Using the dental powder definitely makes a difference in his overall breath and cleanliness of his teeth! I have a larger breed dog (Samoyed) so making sure I also take care of his joints now is really important to me, and the fact he loves the joint chews really makes that easy!! Highly recommend this product to any dog owners :)

9+ Y.O. Boston terrier With extra zoomies
Our Boston (Rubble) will be 10 years old in a few months and he zoomies faster now than he did growing up and I truly believe it’s bc of Pet Labs joint supplement! Helps my doggo live longer
My pup has had joint issues (elbow and hip dysplasia) since he was 1 year old. I have had him on it for about 6 years now and he is still loving life and with minimal joint pain at 9 years old. I will never take him off of the Joint Chews. They have saved his life and longevity! ❤️
