The Probiotic formula is a great product and certainly did the trick. German Shepherds are known to have sensitive tummies. Our youngest was always itching, stomach easily upset but this product cea... See more

Got my Frenchay the probiotic gut chews as he was an aggressive paw licker/scratcher he has been taking them over 2 weeks now and the difference in him is amazing he now licks them clean and that's all plus he is a lot happier and content so long may it continue 🤞🤗 next order I'll try the joint care chews as he thinks he's human and walks on his 2 back legs so don't want it affecting him in his golden years as he's 3 just now. 💯 satisfied customer 🫶👌. Delivery was easy and quick!!

I believe I have found a reputable company with much knowledge and Veterinarian involvement in providing my pups with the best resolution for their dental and joint problems. Their website is easy to navigate and they have info on ingredients, dosages, expected outcome. The prices and free shipping make ordering even better. It would be wonderful if Petlab would donate to the needs of animals.

We started giving PetLab to our Shepherd/Lab mix after she began having hip issues much earlier than we ever expected. We were hoping for some improvement, but the difference has been incredible. She’s back to running, playing, and chasing around with her sister like there’s no tomorrow. Seeing her happy, active, and enjoying life again has been such a relief. We’re so grateful for the positive change and would definitely recommend PetLab to anyone looking to support their dog’s joint health.

The joint pills gave my dog more years without pain. He started taking them and was able to jump up and set with me. I have also started giving my other senior dog these pills because he was favoring his back legs.

I fell like the products I've been using (Probiotic and Joint Care) have significantly effected my dogs. My oldest is 16, I've been giving her both for 3 years or so. She is still able to get up and down the stairs, outside, and run around as if she was 10 years younger. Their gut health is great. No eating grass, no throwing up and normal bowel movements. I feel like both products have been working great for my pups.

The teeth whitening powder works great! I wish I could order more of the joint supplements. The system prevents me from ordering more than 3 of these at a time.

We are extremely happy with the Pet Lab products. We purchased the joint pills for our 16 1/2 yr old Shih Tzu. She is not thrilled with the taste, but we cut them in half and she takes them right away.

1. Website User Experience (UX) & Design
The Good: The website is incredibly polished, modern, and easy to navigate. It uses high-quality imagery, clear text, and simple category breakdowns (Gut Health, Dental, Skin & Coat, Joint Mobility). The mobile shopping experience is seamless, and checking out is very straightforward.
The Catch: The site is heavily optimized for conversion and upselling. It uses classic e-commerce pressure tactics, such as prominent "Subscribe & Save" defaults (which auto-enroll you into recurring shipments) and bundling recommendations. If you aren't paying close attention at checkout, you might inadvertently sign up for a monthly auto-ship program.
2. Product Transparency & Ingredients
The Good: They clearly list their primary active ingredients (like specific probiotic strains, glucosamine, or salmon oil) and market them in highly palatable, easy-to-administer soft chews.
The Catch: Many of their products are sold as "convenience bundles" or broad-spectrum multivitamins rather than targeted clinical treatments. This means the actual dosage of certain high-value active ingredients can sometimes be lower than what you would get from a strict, vet-prescribed therapeutic supplement. Furthermore, because they are flavored soft chews, they include a significant amount of "excipients"—the non-active binders, flavorings, and texturizers required to form the chew—which add extra calories and might occasionally trigger reactions in dogs with hyper-sensitive stomachs.
3. Pricing and Value for Money
The Good: They frequently offer discounts, first-time buyer promos, and free shipping on bundles.
The Catch: On a standalone basis, PetLab Co. is expensive. You are paying a heavy premium for their branding, convenience, and flavoring. Many pet parents find that they can purchase identical clinical-grade active ingredients (like standard veterinary probiotics or joint supplements) from older, more established veterinary brands for a fraction of the per-serving cost.
4. Real Customer Feedback & Common Pitfalls
Efficacy: Reviews across the web are highly mixed, which is normal for supplements. Many owners report genuine improvements in their dogs' itching, breath, or digestion. Others report that their dogs refused to eat the chews or experienced mild upset stomachs.
The Subscription Trap: The most frequent and loudest complaints against the company aren't about the products themselves, but about their billing and customer service. Many consumers complain about the difficulty of canceling the automated subscription service once it starts, experiencing unexpected charges or delayed customer support responses when trying to halt shipments.

Carrier "Better Trucks" failed to deliver my package but PetLabCo re-shipped it for me free of charge. My dog's joint chews are really important for his mobility so I very much appreciated May's assistance (from Support)!

Your probiotic is great, but you sent me the probiotic and I already have two jars of it and you were supposed to send me the joint relief if that’s a soft chew also? Please xcle anymore of the probiotic. Thank you🙂

I have been using the PetLabCo. joint care chew for over five years for my ageing pug. At 15 years old, she is doing great. She does have some degenerative issues not related to joints that are giving her walking problems, but I am sure it would be so much worse for her if she hadn’t been on this daily supplement. It costs just under $42 a month for her supplement as she takes 1 a day for a dog under 20 pounds (1 container per month). My vet was even very impressed with the ingredients, especially the green lipped mussels, which he says a lot of supplements don’t have in them as it’s a very expensive item to include, but it’s very important for their joint health. Thank you PetLabCo, you’re helping to keep my pug with us longer than I think she otherwise would’ve been able to be
on her own.

I have seen positive results with my dog on the probiotics! Feel the advanced joint care product could be better formulated for dog weight. I was not asked my dogs weight which is 110 lbs. The product is for extra small dogs, mine is not. I also do not appreciate auto refill. I want to order as needed. How do I amend this?

Excellent customer service. Joint care chews work so well for our 6 year old Boston Terrier:)

I spoke to someone to add just a single one time dental care powder to try to my regular monthly order for Gracie. I had sent them my dog's weight as asked and heard nothing so thought it would be in my monthly package but it was not.
I had also just changed my monthly order from 2 to 1 probiotic a month-that was correct as was 1 joint. Also they were supposed to delete my American account so I only have a Canadian one. Please check

They claim on their website that any products including green lipped mussels must also mention where it was sourced from. Well on their own products they don't do that, and, they still claim it is sourced from New Zealand, and, they tell you where you can find this info, which is totally not there, so they lie to customers. And when you ask again for a link to confirm their claim and where a customer can read this info, all of a sudden they can't provide any proof of that and it is written nowhere on their product page, details, ingredients, etc. They don't even follow their own advice. That's shady.
Update: I did contact your business multiple times and communicated with a couple of agents, and none could direct me to the information about the green lipped mussels origins. One said it was written on the ingredients list, which wasn't true and he couldn't send me a link to confirm his claim, and all the other ones couldn't send me a link to confirm their claim, they said they could only tell me where the green lipped mussels were sourced, but not send me a link to confirm their claim. The product is the joint care chew. Nowhere on the product page is it written the green lipped mussels are sourced from New Zealand, and no customer service agent could confirm it, else than with their word on it.

Sent 1 jar of joint supplement instead of probiotic. Customer service would not reply via chat or phone.

I always receive my joint chews on time and before I am finished with the first ones.

It was quick shipping and arrival. I changed my Mia’s joint meds to PetLab as it seemed like her old ones just were not working anymore. They were twice the cost and took forever to get here. My Kilo has been taking PetLab probiotics for a year now and oh my lord how they have changed his life!! And they still work on him! So I chose to change Mia to PetLab’s joint medicine. I am very hopeful with thePetLab brand.

Appears to be helping my dog. She’s a Shih Tzu at 16 years old and beginning to slow down the pet lab joint helpers done a great job.
