Great products. Customer service is great. On time delivery. My only beef is that when you have big dogs the joint supplement jar go way to quick. We are down to 2 dogs a lab and St. Bernard which require 3 a day.

Our almost 11 year old Golden Retriever…
Our almost 11 year old Golden Retriever has been taking Joint Care for about a year and is doing really well. Her flexibility and endurance while walking seems as good as ever, which is unexpected with older larger pups. Also she loves her treats and is excited to get one every morning! Also PetLab's customer support is great - I've asked them questions and they are very responsive - which is rare it seems these days :--))

This company is one of the most reliable and helpful company I've ever delt with. My dog, Bianca, takes the probiotics (have made a world of difference in her poop), the green powder that is sprinkled over the food for keeping teeth clean (my vet was amazed at how good her teeth look), the joint and bone tablet and the allergy tablet. All are great. And if you have a problem, just call and they WILL help.

About a year ago
About a year ago, my little Jack Russell, who is now 14, was having joint issues, visible signs of stiffness when she was walking. I immediately put her on Petlab Joint Care chews. It's been about a year and she is back to her old self. This supplement has given her back her youthfulness. It works AND very affordable.

I have been using 3 separate products from PetLab Co. for a couple years now for my now 17-year-old Jack Russell mixed breed dog. She is on the ProBright Advanced, the Joint Care Chew, and the Tailored Allergy & Immune Probiotic Chew. They are so easy to give to her - I mix the ProBright with her food and give her the chews a treats - she loves them! The difference I have seen in her overall health is tremendous! When you update your payment…
When you update your payment information because you stopped using PayPal for subscription, and you find out that you have to reactivate your subscription without getting an email stating it needs to be done because of payment I updated back on April 12, I’m not happy. It should’ve just updated my payment information and be done. Because I have no more joint chews left thinking they were being mailed as normal, to find out today it wasn’t, I am a wee bit irritated. Stop using PayPal!
