Charge discrepancy
CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD PURCHASE AND CALCULATE EACH ORDER CAREFULLY!! If I could give 0 star, I would. I had a subscription for my dog for multiple jars of joint and probiotic chews. On one occasion in January, the price displayed on the subscription did not reflect what was being charged on my credit card. Upon cross-referencing the prices, petlab did not understand how a price discrepancy had happened and why I was charged a different price vs what was displayed on my subscription. They refunded me $42.47. Then in April, a different incident happened where the prices on my subscription was ~$85 (NOT including tax) when I added up the products myself. However, the total price displayed at the bottom of the subscription was ~$96 (NOT including tax) and was $106 after tax. I was charged $106 on my credit card. Again, I contacted customer support and they were unable to identify the cause of the discrepancy and refunded me the difference but refused to honored the lower price moving forward. I will no longer buy any products from petlab due to their dishonesty to their customers and price inconsistencies. This is unethical, and they are literally stealing money from their customers by charging them incorrectly. I strongly advise anyone who wants to continue doing business with petlab to calculate their purchases and compare the charges on your credit card every month.

Zoey's Love for PetLab Products
Our dog Zoey loved all the products we had.. She especially loved the turmeric oil (Mobility Pro Oil) whether it was on her food or not. She would bring us the container if we forgot the oil in her food. Zoey was a Siberian Husky and she loved to run, jump, and pull. Unfortunately, in past year her age was beginning to show, but when she took the PetLab products we saw how much better she would feel. Especially, when she had the Mobility Pro Oil and the Joint Care Chews. She would bounce around outside in the snow, rain, or sun; just like she did when she was a wee puppy. The Calming Chews helped her separation anxiety that had got worse due to covid. She also enjoyed any of the treats that PetLab had. Zoey would eat them up so quickly that it was hard to keep enough of them in the house.
We would also care for other doggies that would visit daily or stay with us for an extended time. When the other doggie(s) would be here, they would beg for the treats and the chews, and they would eat up all the dog food that was out with the the oil in it. Those doggies loved the all the products we had. The doggie's owners loved how it helped their doggie(s) move around better, and feeling/acting like a puppy again.
I would recommend the ProLab treats, Calming Chews, Joint Care Chews, and especially the Mobility Pro Oil to anyone that has a puppy/doggie.

Subscriptions arrive timely and it's easy to change how often online. Really made a difference for my senior boy, he made it to14 years old. My current dogs have been on the joint supplements from the beginning.

PetLab has all the answers for your…
PetLab has all the answers for your dog. We've given our Belle PetLab joint chews for years, and more recently started her on probright for her breath and teeth. She's 12 now and is still full of energy, jumping up on our 5 ft patio wall and chasing lizards like she was 2. After 2 months on the probright, she no longer has stinky breath and the plaque is disappearing on her teeth. Both wonderful products and I never have to think about reordering as both products come right on time every 3 months.

Love the products…
I have been purchasing the Probiotic chews, Joint Care Chews and the Pro Bright for my 12 year old Labrador Retriever for several years and I do believe that the contribute to her overall health. I walk her twice a day and I believe the joint chews help with that and the Pro bright keeps her teeth white!

Pet Lab Products are Great
Pet lab made it easy to get the product I needed to give my PaPaBear the ease from joint pain in his legs and paws. They are easy to use and he loves them when I give them to him in the morning before his breakfast meal. sealed doesn't mean you get 30 days
every tub I've received sealed doesn't have 30 days supply, and I've received couple tubs unsealed. I've believed that a mail carrier has stolen a tub package damaged...situation was addressed at that time. dog seems to be still having joint problems cold weather isn't helping at all. I must be a fool born in April to think employees and service working people are honest folks... I think society has breed a much more devious non caring generation in the companies 😕 the things we find in all our food supplies that you can't trust no one but yourself. frequency between shipments, not always thirty days, either run out before shipment comes.

Best Product Ever!
Our elderly dog just got her teeth cleaned under anesthesia but she only needed a cleaning -- the Dental Formula added to her water proved it's effectiveness! Additionally, her mobility has improved with the daily joint treat and her obsessive itching/licking has stopped with her probiotic and itch relief treats. LOVE them and 5 stars are in order for the products. Our only issue is the monthly cost, difficult for us as retirees but of course, we must make our dog our priority as a family member. This will be our last dog and we want the best opportunity for her best-life and we belief that the Pet Lab products offer that exactly. Thank you!
