Great service and products
I have two different items that I order from PetLab via the auto ship method. I don't have to think about it, I get notified when the orders are being prepared as well as when they actually ship and tracking is provided so I know when things are delivered. This is only one company that I order items from for my variety of 18 animals, but by far one of the best for keeping me informed.
My dogs are benefiting from the joint supplement and the dental powder. It has been just 3 months since they started these two products and I can already notice a difference in the way their teeth look and how they move.

Great company and healthy products
I have been using the joint chews for several months. It’s hard to know exactly what’s working and how well. We also use cbd chews and get Libreña shots for our 12 yr old pittie mix. He’s holding his own and still goes for daily walks but has some difficulty standing up at times.
We more te recently started using ProBright and are very happy with the results.

Return policy is legitimate
I purchased 15 bottles of the Freedom Joint Drops because my 12-year-old Golden Retriever was having problems with his back legs. I gave it to him faithfully for 5 months but, unfortunately didn't see any change. I called Pet Lab Co. and asked to take advantage of their 180 day return policy. They said to pack up the remainder and send the package back and to give them the tracking number. I did that and my purchase price of approximately $450 was returned within a few days. For that I am very grateful. Unfortunately, Brody passed away on 10/23/24 due to lymphoma which was only recently discovered. I am lost without my beautiful boy, especially because we made Therapy Dog visits two to three days per week. Brody LOVED each and every person he met and they loved him in return. It's five weeks now, and I still cry for him every day. Oh, I miss him so much!!

The absolute best customer service i have ever received they do not hesitate to fix any issue you have they truly care about you and your pets and their products actually work and are made with top quality ingredients i have a 12 year old pitbull who was having issues with his back legs was to the point he could barely get up and walk we started him on the joint care chews and now he runs like a 2 year old puppy its crazy! Amazing Products and customer service
My senior dogs have been using the Probiotic’s. I’ve notice my little guy not licking his paws as much almost to never.. and their bathroom breaks are normal looking now. I’ve just decided to try the joint supplement and excited to see the results for my two senior babies.

This literally changed my dogs life!
This literally changed my dogs life!! He was lethargic and slept all the time..licked his paws, and had joint pain and tummy issues.. I gave two chews at night and the next morning he was up at 6am and running down the stairs! I usually can’t get him off the couch until 1pm just to go outside! He’s stopped licking his paws almost completely and he has stopped limping and moving slow.. I can’t believe all the things this has fixed! Customer for life!

Thanks to PetLabCo Mz Addy is 12 yrs old and going strong! She moves great, super active and, of course, is beautiful. The Joint Chews have been a blessing
The Joint Chews have been a blessing! My dog has an occasional horrible limp that looks excruciatingly painful. On those days (once every 6 months), I give him 2-3 joint chews and rub his leg for him. By the next day, he is walking much better if not completely better. Normally, he gets one chew a day and he still bounces around the room when he knows we're about to go out for his morning walk. He is 9.5 years old.
