Disappointed in your customer service
The fact that I did not sign up for your service as I was on an ad to purchase a cup, and the fact that I did indeed email as soon as I received your first email for a refund and to stop any and all services/subscription, I am not sure why it has taken so long for anything to happen. The fact that if I don’t write a review you will not issue a refund seem absurd. Many emails where written months, yes months ago and you are just getting ahold of me now is crazy. Not good service of customer support. I even sent proof of what ad and site I was on that sent me to your site with no mention of your service. Not to hopefully that I will actually get my refund.
