Mistrustful service forcing a review submission
First of all, it is unclear in what motion did we subscribe to this supplier. Once we noticed suspicious credit card charges, we investigated and found out we are transferring money into credits on this webshop. This way I was forced to order goods I did not need. But be it the case.
2 stars only for the fact we actually received the items we ordered.
After receiving the package, the Support Team reached out regarding some ticket/claim we had - and in exceptional cases, like ours, we will get a charge back on our card. I asked 5x for specific information about our case, but the Support Team is not sharing anything relevant. Instead, they are *forcing* me to submit this review which will then result into the chargeback.
This business is very mistrustful tactics and I do not recommend you any services they offer. Stay away!

And now they're asking for info.. After I have spoken to them a few times trying to get my money back from them which was fraudulently taken from my account without my permission and still refusing to give me my money back.. No goods as I actually never ordered or even heard of this company and and now the thieves are still refusing to give me my money back.. Please do not use them they will 100% con you and steal from you if they are able too...
If they do finally give me a full refund I will however remove these negative feedbacks and give them an ok one for returning my hard earn money

This website is a scam! My mom subscribed to it, she doesn't even know how. Now they charge her 50€ every 14 days. You can't cancel the subscription after doing some minor changes in the profile so you have to wait another 14 days to do it. It's a SCAM, just designed to STEAL MONEY!
