Great service

Our local Pet Warehouse has closed down, so it's nice to know Sheba can still get her favourite treats online.

Bait and Switch Scammers!

They list large quantities at low prices all across their site...but when you order they send you an email stating you will only get one for that price. When you ask to cancel and get a refund ...your order status will chance to cancel but you will never receive a refund. You WILL receive rude and insulting emails ridiculing you for thinking you would get such quantity for a low price. AND when you report them to BBB or do reviews THEY accuse you of being an internet scammer!!!

I’m fuming to say the least.....

Placed order on 19th December 2017.
I got a notification on Monday 1st January 2018 that order is on its way. Saturday I received an email to review the product. The only problem is that I’m still waiting for product.
Nobody is answering my calls or emails.
I’ve just noticed there is a closing down Sale on their website. I can only imagine that a bad review won’t matter now and that I’m probably won’t hear from them anyway.

You won't be dissapointed

Have used this company before and will continue to do so. They keep you informed on the status of your order and goods are dispatched within twenty four hours of ordering. Goods packaged well.
