Researched Data,a Tool to monitor Progress and personal Connectionss
Phoenix in my opinion is a 5 star company because of it's commitment to publishing the latest peer reviewed research relevant to APOE4 carriers which the Company is doing very well.
Also the Phoenix website is designed to give the APOE4 carrier real time insights into how/if their individual interventions such as a particular supplement is changing their biomarkers relevant to Alzheimer Disease.
Through the optional 'Pod ' feature I have made personal connections to a fellow APOE4 carrier who lives only a few kilometers from me in Queensland, Australia and the support and understanding from this relationship makes APOE4 so much easier to live ( and thrive) with .
A necessary niche
A necessary niche
As an APOE4 carrier, I have found it completely unsatisfactory to experience the medical establishment as only wanting to interact with me as a carrier at the point when I am noticing cognitive change.
It is therefore comforting and essential for me to be part of the Phoenix Community where the power of what can be mobilized now, both individually and as a community, is real. It meets a real need for APOE4 carriers to have the opportunity to bring prevention, autonomy, and innovation into our health journeys.
If you are seeking to experience the empowerment of APOE4 community, look no further!
Excellent support
This is my go to place for the latest information regarding Alzheimers research. It is a community of people who want to do everything they can to reduce their genetic risk and help each other by sharing information. Kevin Tran, the founder also spends his time sourcing the latest trials and speaking with medical professionals who are at the cutting edge of Alzheimers research and prevention. If you have a genetic risk this is your place to go.
Phoenix Community Exceeded Expectations!
The Phoenix Community has exceeded my high expectations as my primary, go-to source for up to date, curated health information! Also, having interactions with other participants who are taking an active role in their health has been a huge boost to my morale and motivation. Additionally, you can upload your supplements and health data and receive valuable insights. I highly recommend this!
An interesting community of APO E4…
An interesting community of APO E4 carriers and homozygotes sharing information on how to prevent Alzheimers Disease. Good for support, updates on research, discounted labs. Recommended
The member community alone makes it worthwhile
I’ve been a member of The Phoenix for over a year, and the biggest value for me is the community and message board. Members discuss the latest APOE4 and Alzheimer’s research, share personal experiences, and compare the protocols and approaches they’re trying. There’s a lot of useful information in those discussions.
There are free communities out there, but I’ve found that Phoenix’s private setting keeps much of the noise out and feels safer for discussing such personal topics. It feels like a community of real people sharing their experiences, with much less concern about bots or internet trolls.
For me, that combination of useful information, shared experience, and a sense of trust makes the membership worthwhile.
A Wealth of Information
The Phoenix group is a wealth of information for someone who carries the Alzheimer's gene. There are interviews with specialists in the field (not just doctors pushing the latest pharmaceuticals). It's a great place to learn more from others' experiences, a place to monitor your progression, for better or worse -- I think it's a really valuable tool.
A Community That Truly Understands
A Community That Truly Understands
The Phoenix community is something very special for those of us who carry an APOE4 gene.
It’s a place where we all have something important in common. We can openly share how we feel, what strategies we’re using to reduce our risk of Alzheimers, our N=1 experiments, lab results, biomarkers, supplements, successes, setbacks, and everything we’re learning along the way.
Most importantly, it’s a place where you don’t have to explain why this matters so much to you. People understand.
The wealth of knowledge within this community is extraordinary. Between the members, researchers, clinicians, and health practitioners who contribute, The Phoenix has become one of the most valuable knowledge-based communities I’ve found anywhere for people who are serious about brain health and prevention.
But it’s not just about information.
It’s people helping people.
Members encourage one another, share experiences, ask questions, offer guidance, celebrate wins, and support each other through the challenges. We’re all working toward the same mission: doing everything we can to protect our cognitive health and give ourselves and our families the best possible future.
Kevin and his team are constantly evolving the community and expanding the resources available to members. The interviews, educational content, practical resources, expert discussions, and discounts on products and services all add tremendous value.
But honestly, the greatest value is the community itself.
Phoenix has given me more than I ever imagined it could. It has changed how I approach my health, expanded my knowledge, connected me with like-minded people, and given me a place where I feel comfortable learning, questioning, experimenting, and sharing.
If you’re an APOE4 carrier and you’re serious about being proactive about your brain health, I would strongly encourage you to consider becoming a member.
I can confidently say that joining Phoenix has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself and, ultimately, for my family.
Incredible Community of fellow APOE 4/4's…
This is absolutely the community to join if you or a loved one is APOE4. So much dedication, knowledge and sharing in this group. I've been a member from the very beginning and will continue to support this group anyway I can.
The Phoenix community is very supportive and empowering!
The Phoenix community is a very informed and supportive group of people interested in protecting their brains for a lifetime of health and good cognition. There are ways to track and optimise supplements and medications and see improvements in bloodwork, but most importantly for me is learning the cutting edge research, how to interpret research results, how to apply drug therapies for me as an individual, and the support of the community itself. This is a tremendous resource for anyone with a higher risk of and/ or family history of Altzheimers.
This community has been so helpful and…
This community has been so helpful and supportive. If you have apoe 4, you're going to benefit by joining. There are experts in the fields of alzheimer's research, as well as regular people from all over the world, all sharing data and personal experiences. Topics range from best practices in supplement usage, peptides, hormones, cognitive work, scanning, sleep, psychological work, and more.
This is a community for people looking…
This is a community for people looking to gain crowd sourced information from each other as well as science-backed information from other physicians in the group as well as Kevin, the founder and doctor of pharmacy. We’ve noted some surprising things amount ourselves, like general low blood pressure, as opposed to high blood pressure, which is often associated with Alzheimer’s.
The value of the group comes from both accountability to your goals with other members and also the constant flow of information from others that are also passionate about their health. One of my favorite parts of the app is the integration with other fitness and sleep tracking devices, to have a fuller picture of the major factors that influence health.
I think this group is probably going to become the most cost effective way to connect researchers with APOE4 carriers, could inspire more research on crowd sources observations (like low blood pressure) and result in advances in treatment long term. Coupled with AI, I think there’s a lot of hope for advances in treatment and this group is helping pave the way!
APOE4/4 Gene Carriers
If you’re aware of your apoe4/4 status, this is the group for you. We’re very scientifically oriented, we discuss the newest, most helpful science so we can beat Alzheimer’s together. Join us!
Very good community for Apoe4 carriers
Very good community for Apoe4 carriers, with a lot of useful practical information. Ongoing updates on the Phoenix application. Strongly recommend
I joined the Phoenix Community after…
I joined the Phoenix Community after learning that ApoE4 gene and AD run in my family. The medical and scientific communities have failed to make difference for people with AD. In the Phoenix Community, we are all citizen scientists. We observe, study, test, share and evaluate. There are regular guest speakers (many doctors and scientists) new ideas, encouragement from members to improve lifestyle (which we know helps but it’s not easy). There is also an easy to use app with specific ApoE4 guidelines.
If Alzheimer’s runs in your family, Join Phoenix
I have been a member of the Phoenix Community, dedicated to the prevention of Alzheimer’s for individuals, for nearly a year. it has been nothing less than life-changing for me. The founder, Dr. Kevin Tran, has done a tremendous job of building the community, sharing information, and launching tools like customized bloodwork analysis for those with APOE 4 genes, and a supplement tracker. I have learned so much and changed my lifestyle from what I’ve learned. I highly recommend Phoenix Community for anyone who wants to prevent getting Alzheimer’s disease.
I am a member of The Phoenix Community
I am a member of The Phoenix Community. I’m an APOE 4/4 carrier which means I m at risk for early presentation of late onset Alzheimer’s disease. The Phoenix community started and run by Kevin Tran has provided me with group of similar people who provide support for each other. It also includes so much more with the latest research/treatments on Alzheimer’s an area that analyzes our blood labs and recently a deep discount on self lab testing, a whole program that analyzes our blood testing results, an area to put in our daily well being, meds sleep and supplements to compare how we’re doing day to day. An amazing feature is Kevin interviews renowned experts in the field of Alzheimer’s disease and we are members are able to pose questions ahead of time. This is invaluable. Kevin himself is always accessible for any questions and is constantly upgrading features of The Phoenix Community website to make it better. Important to know is that Kevin does not take any kickbacks from other companies who he connects us while passing on savings on products to the group. Lastly I would like to add that The Phoenix Community website and App are very easy to Navigate. I would highly recommend any one with the APOE 4/4 or 4/3 genes belong to this group
Joined August 2025
I was nervous about joining an online group and paying money to join. My son checked out Kevin in linked in and gave me the blessing to join. I joined as a caregiver for my husband. I have learned so much from Kevin and fellow members. We have joined a photobiomodulation trial and purchased the device at a significant discount, bought supplements at a discount, entered a drug trial with group consensus it is a very good option, and made many new friends that either carry 1 or 2 copies of APOE 4. I unconditionally recommend the Phoenix Community. Together we will get the answers we want.

Phoenix an irreplaceable resource
Phoenix has been a fantastic resource for me since I began the ApoE4 journey. Having a community of like-minded and motivated people to turn to with questions, problems, or just thoughts has been hugely beneficial in terms of knowledge, understanding, and emotional support.

A Valuable Resource for APOE4 Carriers
I joined Phoenix in December 2025 after learning that I carry APOE4, and I’m very grateful I found this community and Kevin Tran. Learning about APOE4 can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re trying to figure out what the information actually means for your health and, more importantly, what you can do about it.
Phoenix has helped me better understand my APOE4 status and become much more proactive about my health. I especially appreciate the research, education, testing information, and the opportunity to learn alongside other people who are navigating many of the same questions.
There is so much conflicting information out there about APOE4, so having a place focused specifically on the latest research and on practical steps we can take has been incredibly valuable to me. I’m still learning, but I feel much more informed and empowered to make decisions about my long-term brain and overall health. Highly Highly Recommend this group to anyone trying to navigate through the confusion and overwhelm of living with APOE 4.
