I have been in for a sporting injury as well as to use the Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber on a number of occasions. Service has been absolutely brilliant every time. I saw Nicole for an ongoing shoulder issue for which I'd been given generic advice elsewhere (nothing i couldn't have found out from google!). The attention to detail on both physically assessing and discussing through the issue was fantastic, ensuring that i fully understood the issue, why it happened and how to solve it going forward in a concise and practical way whilst still being able to perform my sport.

When I first booked my appointment with Dom at the Bristol clinic I was suffering from shoulder and knee pain. I honestly thought I was going to be told I needed a knee replacement (at only 31).
Within two sessions I was completely pain free in my shoulder and within a few months im feeling so much stronger and my knee is so much better.
Dom discovered that my knee pain was being caused by a hip injury I'd been ignoring for quite some time. He was very patient and taught me several isometric exercises to help strengthen my weaker side. Dom is very knowledgeable, can't recommend him enough!

After only 1 session my injury felt much better! James was amazing! He got straight to to the site of the strain. He spent an hour treating not only the injury but the surrounding area. After 2 days I really noticed a marked improvement in my mobility. I have been doing the exercises James showed me and I’m well on the way to recovery. 100% recommend seeing Jsmes if you have a sports related injury. You will be very happy you did. I booked in for a sports massage with Natassha and she was amazing! I was having issues with my shoulder/back & she sorted out all my aches & pains. She gave me great advise, & even shoes recommendations :-)

I had the most amazing experience with Dom. I have lots of aches and pains to my upper back, Dom really helped me to sort most of the pain. I'm sure I need some more treatment and hopefully I'll book again. He was so informative. He guided me on how to lower my high blood pressure.

Kat my physio really listened to my physio needs with my long term injury. She helped me problem solve and also was realistic with my abilities each week. She always gave me hope for the future and I never felt limited by her . Kat has a real ' go for it attitude' which really inspired me. Thank you Kat 😊

My husband has recently become quadriplegic due to a severe stroke. We have been going to the Physio Crew in Barnstaple now for a few month to help with his movement. All the staff there are friendly and helpful and Kat Cavalli, their Neuro Physio is an absolute star, she works closely with my husband and has made the time to totally understand his needs and aspirations even being able to read when he needs a break. Well done Physio Crew!!!

Not sure about the company but the staff are wonderful. OK, the facilities are perfectly adequate as far as I can see. Anything needed has always been immediately available. The best bit is the staff. I have had Kat and she has been knowledgeable, fun and helpful. She is well informed as you would expect of a good professional and imaginative in her use of various techniques to help me; I should add that I am a pensioner and stroke survivor. I have never been made to feel out of place even though this is a place more set up for sports injuries as far as I can see.

After seeing many specialists regarding my knee issue, Rozzy was extremely knowledgeable & helped me like no other specialist I have seen. Rozzy used a mixture of therapy's, physio, exercises, massage.
I'm now able to walk without a stick. I cannot recommend Rozzy highly enough.

I recently had an appointment with Rozzy and a trial on the Pelvipower chair
Rozzy was professional and knowledgeable about women's health.
I had a 20 minute treatment, with no pressure to rebook unless I wanted to.
Unfortunately the treatment on this occasion hasn't Made any difference to my problem but would possibly with further treatments
The overall experience was discreet and professional

I was recommended the Crew by a gym manager who understood my injury (- rotator cuff issue. she was competitive weight lifter). My experience of the Crew was excellent. Nicole was seriously concerned to help and very clear about issues. Kat, my main physio, has a really empathetic attitude to the work we did. I eventully had steroid injections. I continued to use the Crew. They were really helpful about fully explaining the exercises*,and giving me clear direction (*from a NHS physio I'd seen who was well intentioned but less in tune).

Went for a sports massage and Dom's magic hands worked a treat on my shoulders and calves.
I would highly recommend.

Great physio support for my arthritic hip - really helpful exercise programme and pinpoint manipulation. All delivered very professionally, with encouragement and cheerfulness. I find the black uniforms quite gloomy. Fix the front door!!

Dom provided an exceptional sports massage that effectively addressed and alleviated my muscular discomfort. His expertise and professional manner were commendable. Based on the quality of service received, I have committed to the monthly subscription package which I recommend to all.

I have been visiting the Barnstaple Physio Crew for the last few months and have nothing but praise. I have a complex health issue and wanted to try hyperbaric oxygen therapy to help. Initially my doctor would not sign paperwork to allow me to use the chamber (but refused whilst not understanding or researching what oxygen therapy did). The team at Barnstaple worked together to assess that I was safe to use the chamber and I have since had therapy consistently since August. I’ve had huge improvements in my symptoms and the staff are always very supportive and understanding - THANK YOU. I always feel like the team are rooting for me to overcome my illness and the massages/physio I’ve received there as well as the oxygen therapy has been top notch.

I paid for a letter outlining the findings of my assessments over the treatment I had obtained before the pandemic and the findings of the assessment on that day. It took several attempts to get a letter that was inaccurate. I informed them this does not reflect the notes of my treatment, obtained at an earlier date. I was told I would get an email about the letter from the senior physiotherapist. I have not heard anything since.
I was also not informed prior to treatment of the cost. And had several emails ignored.

Had a treatment today with Zoe Rawlings (physio crew) that was a really professional deep tissue massage. Zoe’s magic fingers quickly eased my back, shoulder and calf pain. Thank you Zoe - you are brilliant and I look forward to my next treatment. 😃

I was recommended for treatment at the Physio crew and my appointed physiotherapist was Kamil Simpson for my back and neck pain, she is so experienced and knowledgeable, easy to talk to and I immediately felt at ease with her.

She gave me a steady program of well designed exercises, and some massage treatments which helped me no end. I cannot recommend the Physio Crew enough, and I will certainly be recommending them to anyone to needs help with pain or injury 100%. Thank you so much.

I was given The Physio crew to help with a neck injury. My appointed physio was Kamille Simpson who immediately put me at ease with her calm and pleasing personality. Seven weekly appointments by video call, following well designed exercises, put me in an extremely better place. Very pleased with the outcome and I'll know where to go if in future need.
