For a great customer experience
It was great to talk with someone who understood the differences between paddles and the best fit depending on levels of experience with other racket sports. Products were delivered very carefully packaged and on time. This is what I call a top customer experience and would definitely purchase from the pickleball store again!

Excellent customer services
Despite receiving the wrong paddle initially, the store's customer service was exceptional. I contacted them via online chat, received an immediate response, and they arranged for a replacement right away. The correct model arrived within just two days—honestly the best service I’ve experienced in the UK.
