the pier.uk take your money and never refund you as the order was never sent out. Ordered 28th May 2025. And still waiting for refund. I've phoned their 2 phone number then they hang up .I've emailed them and sent messages. I've passed all information about the company and the director to my card company and they are investigating them. As its Classed as Stealing and Fraud. And all details will be passed to the police aswell so it won't happen to anyone else

Last week this scammer took over £500 of my disabled son for a ps5 pro.i went on there auto chat and cancelled it and they said he would get a refund in 2-4days yet nothing has gone back into his bank thank god i screen shot the conversation as i see they site has disapeared.total lowlifes stealing peoples money…BEWARE TOTAL SCAMMERS & THEIFs
Also the reviews done in the past 24hrs must be fake as the sites been gone for a few days now and all 3 have only done one review so please dont be fooled like a lot of us have been.ive now got police and bank lookung into there fraud

The Pier Uk is a scam. I ordered a new phone and paid using their automated system a week ago but it has not arrived. So I went to enquire and discovered the web site no longer exists and the email address provided bounces. No record anywhere or my purchase of £499 and no sign of my goods. Desperate to know how I can contact them to reclaim my money. Will be reporting to the bank and police.

It's a complete scam, they take orders and send some fake tracking number and link that doesn't work. Avoid this site. I have contact my bank regarding this and hopefully I will get my money back. Please avoid this scam website.

Scammers I ordered from here on 24th May an x box for my sons birthday next week as Trust pilot had ok reviews, like others have now said I had to pay via a link on my Apple Pay and got a confirmation email and also then a tracking with Clintopia which didn’t work I have now reported to AmEx who are investigating this the website now doesn’t work or phone number

Last Thursday, I was searching for a PlayStation 5 to gift my son. I used PriceRunner.com to compare prices and found a PS5 Disc Edition listed for £319. I clicked the link and was redirected to a website called thepier.uk.

Since I had never heard of this site before, I was cautious. I looked it up on Trustpilot and found only positive reviews, which gave me the confidence to proceed with the purchase.

Once on the site, I selected the PS5 and received an email instructing me to pay via bank transfer. Naively, I went ahead and made the payment. The website is very professionally made and looks legitimate. It turns out they are using the domain of an old, now-closed store.

The address listed on the site is fake — a quick search on Google Maps confirms this. The phone numbers don’t work, and although they have a live chat feature, no one responds when you ask about your order or your money. The same goes for their email.

In the end, they shattered the dream of a 13-year-old boy who was hoping for a PlayStation 5.

I will be reporting this to the police and the appropriate authorities. I hope no one else falls victim to this scam.
