Top service provided

I was really pleased with the service provided. I suffer with pulsatile tinnitus so I decided to buy the doughnut pillow with a hole. I found the pillow worked as intended and helped my tinnitus but did not provide enough support. After a chat with customer service, I was able to order another version and only pay the difference. I was also allowed to keep the first pillow. I have now received the V2 version and it suits me perfect. I highly recommend these pillows if you suffer with the same problem as me.

Problem solved

Recently purchased a Pillow with a Hole as I cannot lay on either ear and find it difficult to sleep on my back. I have now used the pillow for over a week and it is absolutely brilliant. It comes with a removable pillow case which I have washed and it has kept its shape perfectly. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and would thoroughly recommend it.
