Terrible customer service from someone…
Terrible customer service from someone called Jill who is apparently an ER Nurse by day. I wrote to the company via Etsy expressing dissatisfaction with a product. This is Jill’s very unhelpful response which I received:
“ Wow this roast of the product is so entertaining I think you should create your own deck. And you can have lawyers draw up disclaimers for each card lest someone be offended. The size measurements of the deck are listed on the description, along with a thorough description of the product. Feel free to reach out to Etsy at any point with your triggers. Have a nice day.”
Triggers? 😅. The deck itself has nice art but the description of the product is misleading. In the heading for the deck it refers to tarot three times and oracle twice. In no way is it a tarot set and really makes a mockery of tarot. One card advises to eat “chicken nuggets” which it describes as the “holy grail for toddlers and adults alike”🤷♀️. Funny? Not really.
