It was easy to purchase
It was easy to purchase, but getting shipping info really falls down. No communication that I saw, about having to make the products I bought, or why there seemed to be a shipping delay. The time from placing the order to actual shipping was some time. And during that time there was no communication about the status of the order. Perhaps someone there could look into some better ways of letting us buyers knowing the status of the order between placing the order and actually shipping the item(s).
