I can only speak in terms of garden…

My feedback relates to The Plant Pot company based in Hull. I can only speak in terms of garden plant orders. The website was incredibly slow however I persevered, and went on to order five products.
3 hours later after planning where I was planning to put them and researching how to look after them, I had an email saying that they would refund me as ALL the plants weren't available! I appreciate that this is a small player in terms of online ordering, hugely disappointed, what a waste of time. They shouldn't be offering an online shop as they can't afford to support it. Jenny.
