Prompt, professional and friendly service. Natalie very helpful on 'phone and Stuart (plumber) very capable and knowledgeable. Why go anywhere else when this level of service is available?

Having discovered a leak under the floorboards in our hallway we contacted The nationwide who sent us a plumber from 247 to assess the damage and facilitate a repair. A very pleasant young man arrived within the hour and immediately put us at ease with his polite and friendly manner and his knowledge as he explained exactly what needed to be done. The job was completed very swiftly and we were most impressed with this young man whose name was Bradley Johnson. We would certainly recommend this company to any one and were very pleased with the service which was promptly delivered and tidily executed. Top marks!

I contacted The Plumber 247 when the shower was not draining away. Using the wash hand basin resulted in even more water backing up!! As it was a rental property I really needed a quick response. Within 2 hours Brad attended and unblocked the drain. Excellent service!!! Tenants very happy. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. I will definitely use them again.

I had a leaking overflow which had been running for quite a few hours and was causing damage to my neighbours ceiling in the flat below. After calling numerous plumbers and being unable to get anyone to come out I phoned Theplumber247 and spoke to a lovely guy who talked me through how to get my boiler pressure down and stop the water running out my overflow. Absolutely brilliant guy that I spoke to that couldn’t have been more helpful. I have saved his number and I will definitely recommend this plumber to anyone who asks if I know a good plumber. He has certainly restored my faith this evening. Like I say, absolutely amazing service 👍😃

I had a blocked kitchen drain at the most inconvenient time, the day we were having a dinner partly for 16 people! 'Googled' emergency plumbers and happened across The Plumber247. Local, no call out charge and charged by the hour. Their web site confirmed that they undertake emergency plumbing repairs for the leading insurance companies therefore decided to call them. Spoke with 'Stuart' at 08:00 on a Saturday morning, plumber was on site by 09:10 and job completed within an hour, day saved. EXCELLENT service and I now have their number saved in case I require such immediate service again. I highly recommend The Plumber247 to anyone that requires a professional service, at short notice and without excessive charges.

We experienced the trauma of a burst pipe late at night. Stuart Johnstone the emergency plumber came to the rescue arriving in the early hours together with his expert knowledge and professionalism. He checked the tank and identified that the burst was coming from a pipe located inside the ceiling. He skilfully cut through this to get to the pipe and immediately repaired it thus restoring our water supply. After checking that everything else was in order he even left his mobile number so that we could contact him later with any queries we might have. I only wish that he lived closer as we would use him for any plumbing jobs that we have in the future.
