Waste of Time
I ordered a Pocket Door Kit on express delivery. Got a text saying door would be delivered Wednesday (did not arrive. Reorganised for Friday delivery (did not arrive). Was then told they would do a special delivery on the Saturday(did not arrrive). Gave up, got money refunded, bought elsewhere and they delivered in 2 days.

Paid for express delivery
Paid for express delivery. Delivery driver was not supplied with full delivery address BY Pocket Door Co and having stayed in all day, it never arrived. It then took a further two days to arrive and having chased delivery company several times, it eventually arrived at 5.30 pm. Joiners who had waited for them to arrive left site, and we have had to pay them for their wasted time.

Unfortunately I had to return the item as the finish quality was not as expected. I incurred both delivery and returns postage charges.
I have yet to receive my refund for the goods.

Great product but USE ANOTHER SUPPLIER!
great product but USE ANOTHER SUPPLIER..... website states "Free next day nationwide delivery if ordered before 11am" - we put the order in at 0900 on a Monday .... Then got charged £7.46 for "next day shipping" our builder got in touch next day to be told that the product will not be with us until the Thursday - forcing the builder to change building plans for the week.

I ordered some pocket door kits on the…
I ordered some pocket door kits on the 21st December from their website only because their website had specifically advertised that they will deliver on the Christmas day, the 25th/12/2023. I was desperate to have the kits that week as I had the carpenter booked for that week. That was only a trick I have received the delivery on the 5th of January. When I contacted them at the beginning of January to cancel the order James promised a 10% discount if I won't cancel which I agreed, however, never received the discount nor any replies to my emails.

Our website is designed in such a way that during typical hours, it displays the next day delivery message, we did have a Christmas Banner at the top of the checkout to explain that we would be closed over Christmas and can only apologise that you missed it.

Order an item on 6th December with next day delivery. Contacted company several times. The person I spoke to james? Who I assume is the owner was rude and unhelpful. This seems to be a very unorganised company with no customer services. Very disappointing

Poor communication!
No communication regarding delivery and then only part of the order arrived. Still waiting on an answer as to when the rest of the order will arrive, despite two emails so far.

Having found what I needed; this company had the best price (which included free shipping) and so I placed my order for three sliding door systems, and, as promised, I got the items by next working day delivery! All well packaged and in perfect condition.
It doesn’t get better than that!
