Abs terrible company. Do not buy under any circumstances. The product is dreadful and customer service is non existent.
Now persuing via the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

The Ponty!!! Absolutely the worst! Fake Trust Pilot rating on their website. BE WARNED!!! They refuse returns. They are rude. Awful products. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!

Wish I could score zero stars.

Website says they offer refund in 14 days. Item I received was far too small, despite going up a size based on their size guide.

They replied to say I didn't need to return and offered a replacement size. I declined as the design of the item was such that to get a waist large enough for an average body the shoulders/straps would be far too big. I ask for the refund.

They emailed again to offer store credit. I asked for the refund.

They emailed again to offer store credit at 150% of the original spend. I said I just wanted the refund.

They emailed again just offering 50% refund without needing to return the item. I said I still just wanted the refund.

My next step is cancelling the payment with my credit card provider and reporting The Ponty to Trading Standards.

Complete con artists. Crap products and scam artist customer service.

Purchased a back support which online looked ok...
When it arrived it appeared to be twisted in manufacture and was WAY too small for my wife.

I then contacted Ponty (not easy to find) as no invoice / delivery note or company info was supplied in the bag. I contacted them many times asking for their details to return the item and get a refund.

They were VERY slow in replying and very defensive in offering their return address, after several emails and pointing out to them their obligations under the distance selling act - I am STILL awaiting an address to return the item for a refund.

Just done some more digging and it seems that they are Hong Kong and are expecting you to return their crappy items at your cost and tracked !!
I assume they think that you will shrug your shoulders and not bother... Liars Cheats and Scammers !!

Just received my shirt from Theponty. Firstly it took 17 days from order/payment to receipt. The worst shirt I have ever seen and I will never wear it. Their adverts are totally misleading. Do not buy from this company. I wish I had read their reviews before order/purchase.

Received goods which were to small, made my feelings clear and they are sending out a replacement at no cost, Excellent

Very satisfied happy with this product but ordered the rong size need to get next size up

Never again, just terrible customer service, awful goods, try to get in touch for returning the goods and they just do not reply.

I then contacted Ponty about their details to return the shirt and get a refund. They replied that I could keep the shirt and would give me money back as credit in their website and 50% extra.
I have declined their offer and have emailed yet again for a refund as they are now ignoring me. Awful clothing and rude company, do not bother.

I failed to read the reviews before ordering 2 so called luxury material shirts that were displayed on the web site. The warning signs were there when the tracking site became unavailable and took 12 days to arrive. My trepidation was justified when 2 shirts arrived stuffed inside a small plastic bag. The shirts reminded me of 1960,s polyester school blouses as the quality was appalling and unwearable. Lesson learnt, I'll donate to charity as no return labels or instructions although the charity will probably be offended. Do not buy any goods from this web site as the images are totally fake.

Absolutely Rubbish I bought item from them it arrived after month and wrong size and not what they advertised it's scme don't buy from them they never send you item or very late and wrong and never refund 😑

Absolutely terrible customer service, made an order well over a week ago and I've heard nothing from them despite them taking my money and spamming me to death with marketing emails. avoid avoid avoid.

A shirt eventually arrived but it was pure unwearable tat. I contacted Ponty about return and a refund. They replied that I could keep the shirt and would give me money back as credit in their website and 50% extra

Do not use or buy anything from this company, they are a scam their products are cheap knock offs, look nothing like the ads on website, asked for a refund was totally ignored, so lost £50, stear clear.

This company was running under themonq.com with the same products but have ditched that because of their scam practices catching up with them.
I tried to buy a pair of shoes. They sent me the wrong size twice, then offered me a 50% COUPON, which I refused. They also then said they had sent the right size and that I got it wrong, they included a false size chart, had been altered, trying to deceive me. I demanded a full refund as they had not fulfilled the sale agreement I entered into. They then shut down themonq.
DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THEM!

Do not use this company, their reviews are false and they are a scam company based in Hong Kong. The quality is awful and you cannot return the items to get a refund. COMPLETE CON !

Absolute SCAM ordered a brown jacket and received a gold coloured hoodie.

It said free returns when in actual fact you can only return items for free from France and not UK.
