I want to thank the Prehab Guys they are amazing! I've experienced mid back tension for the past 8yrs. I've been working a desk job since college. I started to workout regularly about 2yrs ago but had no back relief. My back was so knotted attempting rows was painful. I started to feel a difference after just two weeks of mobility drills! The thoracic spine mobility overhaul program has changed my life I can finally twist and turn! I recommend the app to anyone who wants to improve their mobility!
My favorite platform thus far
I love this platform. I am a Movement and Postural Specialist. I sometimes wish I could use it along with my FMS library rather than sometimes sending work separately but its more of an annoyance for me than a real complaint and has more to do with the user limitations of their platform. Other than that I find this platform simple enough to use for my programming but more importantly its simple for my clients no matter their age. And they don't have to download an app to use it. Mind you.. i wouldn't mind an app to program! (Not a complaint. The browser works fine)
I have not needed to use the option of requesting a specific exercise yet because you Guys have been so thorough.
Also the moves are executed flawlessly. In my previous platform I would have to do my own videos for form and technique despite it already being in their library. All in all.. I love using this resource. It has made my life simpler!!

Exercise library for PT practice.
I love the variety of exercises and the detailed descriptions of each movement! I’m still having difficulty copying the exercises to paste into WebPT. Also the print version of the exercise plan has very small exercises. I have some older patients that don’t want electronic programs so I still need to print. Overall though him very happy with the exercise library.

The program is phenomenal
The program is phenomenal. However, I am still experiencing significant pain in my left inner elbow when I perform pull ups. Any advice from you guys as to how best for me to address this is greatly appreciated. I am 53 years of age, 6’1” and weigh 220 lbs.

Hip Rehab program.. brings results!
I purchased the Hip Rehab program to start 2 months after a full hip replacement on my left leg. I found the Prehab guys on instagram and really love their work. The program did not disappoint. 3 phases to work through. The videos for each movement are quality. I love being able to choose different exercises if the one provided isn't doable. The software was a little clunky but did its job in keeping me accountable in moving through this program. My left leg has gotten so much stronger. I wasn't able to do step ups well or single leg squats to a box before I started and now I can! My butt is even rounder now too! so that is a plus!!
I will keep working through this program to keep my hips strong and balanced. I am planning to buy other programs from this group as well. Really recommend!

I am back to running again
The Prehab Guys hamstring program was a success. I had been dealing with this injury for about a year. I am a runner and trying various things to help the situation. Nothing seemed to be as effective as this program! I followed the program just as they prescribed. I am back to running again and doing my resistance training workouts like before.

I am a physical therapist myself, but it can be difficult to create your own program and be your own patient. This was the best $99 I've ever spent. I had a high hamstring tear racing a half marathon that really ruined my life for a significant amount of time. I am back to running and ready to add speed work back thanks to this program! This physical therapist highly recommends!

Love this platform!!
I am a physical therapist in Boulder, CO and have used Prehab Guys over the past 8 months for creating patient HEPs as well as for my own education. Having used many other sites before, I really appreciate that many aspects of this platform that I have not encountered in others. For example, ALL of the exercises come with instructional videos and the Guys make sure to instruct on correct form and/or common errors. It is SUPER easy to put together an individualized program for my patients, and my patients have nothing but positive things to say about accessing and using their exercise programs. The educational content is really helpful, and I love that the entire platform is developed by fellow physical therapists. Elbow/Wrist/Hand Program
At the beginning of the year, I had severe pain in both elbows, hands, and fingers. I had lost the ability to grip, and had tingling/fire sensations in my wrists and fingers, particularly the pinky and ring fingers.
I was in trouble, and I was finally ready to accept this was a serious problem and I needed help. I had tried googling solutions, and there’s lots of helpful advice, but not a clear progression or program. You typically see extension/Flexion exercises and some sort of resisted pronation/supination. I had tried these and it got me no where fast.
Then, Covid hit. Going to a PT got a lot more complicated. I found the Prehab guys on IG and figured it was worth a shot.
Although it has taken most of this year to get through the full program, I cannot state how much I feel this program has changed the trajectory of my health and life. By and large I do not have pain or nerve symptoms anymore and have progressed to more challenging exercises that at the beginning of the year were not possible. For context, I couldn’t even get through week 1 of the program without severely aggravating my elbow. But, I watched the videos, posted on the forum, had a plan and moved forward. I had several instances like this, things would feel fine during the workout or during the day, and I had would have a flare up. But the difference is that now I had a plan: back off the resistance, check my posture during the day, start with gentle stretching and mobility and get my pain-free ROM back, and then start back at a pain-free workout.
My thoracic region and shoulders have also never felt better! The program focuses a lot on mobility and stability of those regions, which I now know can be culprits in elbow/wrist/hand pain.
I’m writing this review because perhaps you, the reader, are in pain and looking for help. I give my full endorsement to the Prehab guys for this program.

Extremely beneficial to clinicians and patients!
The [P]Rehab Guys platform has made my experiences with telehealth during this pandemic run very smoothly. I don't know if I would be this successful in treating patients virtually without it. My athletes and patients respond very well to the video demonstration and explanation. They consistently tell me that they love the look and clarity of the content. Since I work mainly with the athletic population, having this program that provides challenging exercises is crucial to their safe return to sport.
I have also found that this website is a great teaching tool! My PT and AT students are able to look through the exercise library and create their own rehab plans for us to go over and discuss. I have had many students request to do this as they find it very fun.

The Best Online Rehab Exercise Program Out There!
I came across Prehab Guys when I recently injured (re-dislocated) my shoulder. I don't have insurance so I was looking for a solid program I could do from home. My experience has been nothing but excellent! I reached out to Arash and he helped me get started on their Shoulder Rehab program and in less than a month of using their app my shoulder is feeling great! I can now run a couple miles with little to no pain and I'm beginning to do very light exercise along with their guided rehab recommendations. The app is very organized, super easy to use and comes with instructional videos to help you follow along. Highly recommend their programs to anyone looking for a top-notch program to prevent or help recovery through injuries.

A few years ago I did a test of dorsiflection and discovered that I had very limited mobility in my ankles/lower legs. Then, I injured my right achilles resulting in less mobility. I decided to try this program to help prevent any new injury. After 5 weeks I have noticed increased mobility in both legs. I missed week six due to vacation but am planning to do the cycle one more time. My only suggestion is to the exercises on both legs. I modified the program to do this so that I wasn't unevenly training (mostly by doing the other leg during the rest time).

I have played professional ice hockey, rehabbed both shoulders for over 1.5 years combined. Ive seen over 40 physical therapists over the years. I feel I have a pretty good understanding of what a good PT is made of. And Michael is definitely top gun material.
Before seeing Michael I had seen another PT I found on Googles #1 page. Went there 5 days in a row. My condition did not get better. And all I got back was "we think" it's this. Ice it. Do these rehab exercises. That is not what you want to hear. " I think " is ok if there is an explanation behind the " I think ". A reason, and then a plan of attack.
Michael diagnosed, tested and gave me a plan of attack. 4 days post appointment I feel better and more confident in my shoulder. The knowledge Michael had and how he explained things made me feel at ease. All I can say is wow. Michael knows his stuff.
Don't even think about going anywhere else. See Michael at theprehabguys!

I had injured my AC joint twice in a span of a year, the pain was so bad that I couldn’t even sleep on my left side. At one point I thought I am never going to be able to lift again. Finally came across the Shoulder program and decided to enroll. I am currently in the last week of the program and my shoulders are feeling great again. I have build great strength in the last 3 months. I have been so impressed with the shoulder program that I decided to enroll with their knee program as well.

A fantastic find
I had surgery for a fractured metatarsal and PT was interrupted due to Coronavirus. I found The Prehab Guys and ordered the foot and ankle program. So glad I did. This program is much better than the PT I was going to anyway. I am a runner and they understand runners. I have now bought several more programs and am very happy with them all.
