I was looking for a handbag with particular features. The bag I purchased was pictured and described well and a request for a measurement was replied to promptly. Delivery was very quick with the packaging exemplary with all smelling fresh. Communication was friendly and replies prompt.

Amazing company, they were so helpful and gave really good advice and I’m so pleased with my new mulberry which is a fraction of the price compared to buying new. Blown away by the quality of the bag received, it was just as perfect in person as in the pictures. Have no doubt to the authenticity of the product, more than happy with the price paid.
