Our history We can trace our roots back to 2011 when the founders of this company created one of the most popular Gay and LGBT+ magazines and listings websites. I'm sorry you didn't receive your items in a timely fashion.
Having investigated the issue, we have determined that the Italian postal service is at fault, as we dispatched the item within 24 hours of your order.
Our tracking service shows that it left the UK on the same day and got stuck with customs or the Italian postal service for a period of time - which we, unfortunately, have no control over.
We do appreciate your feedback, however - and hope that it doesn't stop you from ordering with us again.

Excellent shop, poor delivery
Found the Pride Shop online when researching a suitable gift for a transgender person. The range and explanations of the different colours in flags and items was really helpful for someone like me who knew very little. I purchased a backpack which was very well received and was excellent quality. I have only given four stars because I think The Pride Shop should find a better distributor for their items. Although the item was received by The Royal Mail the day after I ordered, it took them nearly a week to actually deliver it as they sent it back and forth between two sorting depots three times. Just glad I ordered early enough so it still arrived on time for a special birthday. Five Stars for the shop, minus stars if I could give that for Post Office delivery.
