Speedy service after my accident

After an unfortunate incident where I broke my bi-pride mug and needed to get a new one sent.
I got two in the post and delivery was super speedy. Arriving on time and exactly what I wanted. Couldn't have asked for better.

Wrong size of poster sent

Wrong size of poster sent after a ridiculously long delivery time, 3x the expected time

I'm so sorry that we've sent you the wrong size poster. We can absolutely send you out another one. The delays are unfortunately down to the extreme backlog at Royal Mail due to their industrial action and so is out of our hands. It's entirely frustrating you for, I completely understand that.

Blame game

Normally I would had given 5 stars, but now it just seems the blame of postage is just being blamed on strikes even on days they are not on strike. I have not received my parcel after 2 weeks. Its meant to be 48 hours delivery. I understand strikes don't help, but this is still ridiculous even with 1 week no strikes. I'm now even questioning has anything even been posted at all.

Hello,

Royal Mail's strike has played havoc with many independent businesses and getting parcels delivered on time.

I can only apologise that you've not received your item, unfortunately, it is out of our hands. I did send you proof of sending, via our customer hub.

If you need any further assistance please open a ticket at our help centre or give us a call.

Best wishes

Good quality stuff

Everything I ordered arrived quickly, and it was all of good quality! Was very impressed. The flags especially are excellent and the material they're made out of is really nice!!
