After much researching for prints for my bathrooms in our new house, I purchased two from The Print Emporium. So much to choose from but I finally settled on two and I absolutely love them. Great customer service too.

Late last year I received my order of 3 Santorini prints A3 size. I was a bit disappointed not with the quality but mostly with the white background and the main feature colour which seemed to have blended without much difference in colour. The Print Emprioum, Hana more importantly went above and beyond to have my prints replaced and sent out to me free of charge. I am always busy with life in general but Hana persisted even when my replies to her were a good week later, and our communication went on for well over a month, because of me. I cannot recommend The Print Emporium enough, they have been (and again Hana in particular) the BEST Customer Service people I have ever dealt with. I most probably would've just let it go and accepted the situation and the prints the way they were but Hana persevered. We have been offered a full refund and also to keep the prints.
This is OUTSTANDING Customer Service.

Hana was great to deal with. Our print was slightly damage during transit and she rectified it quickly and a replacement was sent. The print is stunning. Communication and top quality so highly recommend The Print Emporium

I must admit there are a lot of very large Australian businesses that could learn a lesson or two in customer service from this boutique Australian Supplier. The Print Emporium product and product quality has proven to me to be superior as has the commitment to customer service excellence by the PE team. We bought wategos 1&2 and we are super happy with our purchase. Looks beautiful on our wall in the dining area. We’ve had a lot of compliments on them. Would recommend their prints 100%. Arrived in perfect condition and easy to hang such large prints!

If you've purchased from this company in the past - fair warning that their sizing has changed! In May 2024, I purchased a framed/matted print sized 18x24. In Dec 2024, I purchased 2 framed/matted prints sized 10x16. Both instances, the print turned out to the be actual size. They were very nice. In Dec 2025 I placed an order for a framed/matted 16x20 and 2-11x14. To my surprise, they were MUCH smaller (the latter being approximately 8x10 print shown), even though the price was the same as the year prior. See photo for difference in size for the 16x20 (old on wall; new in bubble wrap). It took Customer Service several days to respond and they said they changed production houses and the new measurements are on the site. It appears a 16x20 framed/matted is the entire length now (including mat, excluding frame). Prior to this order, the 16x20 was the actual print size, excluding mat and frame. However, they did say the 11x14 came out 1/2 inch smaller than it should have been and they would correct that situation (but again, not worth the hassle for 1/2 inch). Quality control is questionable. Shame on me for not realizing a 16x20 from the same company could change sizes (and for the same price)!!! The site never stated their sizing CHANGED, so I assumed it would be the same as the last 2 times. I will never purchase from this company again, especially since everything is final sale.

We purchased 20 prints for our medical practice and we love them. They make the space feel warm and welcoming. The customer service from Print Emporium was also excellent.

Highly recommend The Print Emporium! I was especially impressed with their wide variety of artwork, and they were very quick to respond to any questions I had. I’ll definitely be using them again for my next project.

I highly recommend this business if you are looking for high quality pictures. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Highly recommend!! I have had two occasions this year where I needed prints within very tight timeframes. Print Emporium had excellent customer service, a quality product and delivered before the deadlines with ease. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
