... what's not to love! And on the VERY rare occasions that something goes wrong, they jump on it and get it sorted immediately so my clients never have to know there was a glitch with their pics. Printspace has been my photo printers of choice for many years now ;o)

Ignored colour profile embedded in picture, not even issued a warning upon uplad, and pushed back blame on customer
ignoring the colour profile embedded in the file certainly does not match the claim “to print files exactly as they are supplied”.
Embedded color profiles were introduced for the specific purpose of identifying and mitigating colour space problems in an automated fashion.
Being so adamant and insisting on pushing the blame for insufficient interpretation of the file’s metadata and pushing the blame on the customer is certainly not suited to create confidence.
I was willing to give it another try, but that way I have no inclination to move my provider selection process forward with you.

Long time customer receives no refund for poor printing quality…
I've ordered the same print multiple times but this time it printed very dark. I am asking for a refund, and have been going back and forth with the manager, but she will not even consider that perhaps your print shop made a printing error. I sent photos of the print to show the discrepancy but the manager will not appease my request. This will affect future decisions to choose your lab for prints.

We carried out a thorough investigation of the file supplied with this order. Our findings show that the file was not set up correctly for print, and this is the reason the image appeared darker than expected. The print was produced accurately against the file as received — our process is to output files as supplied, without applying colour or tonal adjustments on our end.
I have followed up this morning to our email chain as we would like the opportunity to resolve this matter.

High quality print, kinda pricey but expected for the quality. The photo uploader tool is quite hard to use and needs some UX improvements but got there in the end

Personal help from The Print Space
The Print Space in London helped me correct an error I personally made on a print order. They helped me with real correspondence, not AI, to resolve this speedily, so that I could get a print off for an exhibition in time. Very helpful given that I am in Canada, and the exhibition is in the UK.

Having looked into this thoroughly, we can confirm that the correct product was dispatched — a giclée fine art print, exactly as selected during the ordering process. We don't offer canvas printing as part of our range, and there is no canvas option on our website or ordering system.
When this was raised with our support team, we provided relevant information, including a screen recording of the ordering process showing the selections made, and our team went above and beyond to arrange framing as an additional service — something we don't normally offer for already-printed work.

Great prints, smooth delivery, and support that actually helps
I've ordered several photography prints through The Printspace and the quality has been consistently excellent: sharp, true to colour, and delivered quickly.
Before committing to larger orders, I bought their sample pack, which was affordable and genuinely useful for choosing the right paper for my work.
More recently, when I accidentally placed test orders through my website integration, the support team sorted everything out the same day: cancellations processed and refund initiated, with no fuss.
The prints speak for themselves, but so does the service.
