Great marmalade
Great marmalade (Tawny Seville) which I'v been buying for many years. A bit of a mix up on the delivery; I was expecting it to be sent on Thursday but Alex was sending it the following Tuesday which wouldn't work for me. An email exchange between us revealed my order was placed without going via the Home page which was where the full delivery details were provided. Because Google sent me straight to the item page (missing out on the Home page) I was able to order with a slightly different set of delivery details. Alex sorted my order out so that it was sent on a day that worked for me and has amended the payment page so that anyone who, like me, bought without visiting the Home page will be properly informed about when orders will be dispatched. Not only Proper Marmalade but (now) also Proper dispatch info. So, both great marmalade and great service, who could ask for more.

Some of the marmalades were quite sloppy and my husband wasn’t overly impressed with flavour infact he said one tasted like frank coopers which is a mass produced product. So for small batch cooking quite unremarkable

Best tasting lots of choice
I received four different flavours for a birthday gift.
Just ordered another four, so lovely and lots of different taste. My favourite is the whisky, but all lovely. Get hooked give them a try will not be disappointed.

Good company
The marmalades look good, and were a reasonable price for handmade food, but were a gift so I can't comment on the taste. Delivery was quick and customer service responded quickly. Deducted a star because they don't offer direct postage to EU countries - so the £7 postage to my house was wasted as I just had to re-post them, which adds to the already fairly high cost of the items.

I'm sorry you felt that my not being able to export the product warranted a lesser rating. We are a small business and already struggling to survive in the current economic climate. Exporting is a costly undertaking for business such as mine.
