I live outside the UAE and I was looking for a company that can manage my flats for me. After having a very bad experience with one company I started looking for an alternative. I used Google to help me. The Property was one of the companies I sent messages to. But they were the first ones to call. Others called later, but I was convinced from the first call that these people are the right ones for me. After dealing with them for a while, I am very impressed with their:

Thoroughness. Looking at the inspection report they sent me for one of my flats, it is truly very thorough. The pictures they took and the explanations they included, it is as if I am there with them during the inspection. One can tell the amount of time and effort that is taken to produce such a professional report.

Very easy process to appoint The Property and excellent communication between the office, inspector and myself. They liased directly with the developer which aided the process and speeded it up. Detailed report with photos was spot on and the cost was very reasonable. Would definitly recommend.

The Property has been the real estate company tied up with my landlord on my recent renewal. Romaa'l and her team have set professional standards real high. They're very respectful of your schedule, transparent and make sure they keep you in the loop with whatever is going on from maintenance timelines to completion of paperworks. Hence, easily 5 stars!

My experience with The Property can be described as outstanding - at least so far. As a tenant, I truly feel cared about. So far Tasha, my point of contact at The Property, was always keen on making sure everything is going as smoothly as possible, and promptly interfered when needed. Even thought their app is useful and practical, I truly appreciated creating easier and quicker means of communication when needed.
In a nutshell, it is truly clear that The Property hire skilled agents that do believe in long-term relations rather than those who only care about closing the deal.

I can confirm that TP property is the best in Dubai . They are very responsive , very approachable. You don’t need to be in Dubai to do anything , they perform the magic for you . I was not happy with my former property management company Hunter Hunter but when TP property took over from they were able to put a simile on my face .
