Very disappointing experience. This is very close to a scam, extremely dishonest at best. The price of my property was reduced by over 10% just before completion - house prices haven’t dropped this much in 6 weeks.
You will be tied in to a reasonable offer then they hope you are so desperate you will except the lower offer at the end. Their salesmen are very good at their jobs, suggest you don’t fall for it

Yash was very prompt and helpful when I enquired about selling my property and the price offered was a fair price. I did not proceed with the sale due to a change in circumstances, but would be happy to use the company in the future if needed.

The Property Buying Company ties homeowners into using their services by getting them to sign a contract and putting a notice on the property. This prevents the seller from selling to anyone else. As a customer I can report that the company used the tie-in contract to try to pressurise me into accepting a lower offer.
Even though the company breached the contract by failing to complete the sale within the four month timeframe, they still expect me to pay them 900 GBP before they remove the notice on my property.

It's early days yet, but everything so far has been friendly, professional and a simple process. Grant has been great to deal with, and explained everything in a very straightforward way that left me feeling confident with them and their ability to see the sale through with the minimum of fuss.
