It is so very rare these days to experience such personalized service and attention to delivering a product of which you are truly proud. I actually believed (and continue to believe) that you were thrilled that the bag I ordered would be enjoyed by me. When I paid the invoice the personalized service did not stop, but only continued. Amazing! Gives me hope for this world!

I’ve ordered twice from Property Of after first stumbling across their shop in Amsterdam. Shipping is fast, the packaging and paperwork is full of nice little touches - and the products are of really high quality. From the design to the sturdiness of the bags or even the quality of the leather tanning, I feel these bags are excellent value. They may be a bit dearer than Herschel’s and co. But they look built to last a lifetime. Will order again - should I ever need to.

As always, orders are filled readily and lovingly. I always enjoy getting the handwritten postcards/notes/holiday cards with my orders. The item is exactly what I wanted; and like all of their products, the quality is excellent.

I am from Montreal Canada, the delivery was so easy (even during peek christmas time). The 2 bags were well packed and they both came with a personalized merry christmas card from their amsterdam store, what a perfect customer service. My gift recipients were amazed by the bags design, quality and their incredible uniqueness. This was the 4th bag I ordered and it won't be my last.

Yes, I had a minor malfunction with a second item ( out of the 20+ I bought in the last 5-7 years), but there repair and personal services received were outstanding. My 6-7 year old bag look like new as they went above and beyond the simple repair job requested. And the personalized notes are SO very much appreciated! Thank you! Dank U Vel!

The product is a gift so I don't know the quality yet - but service was swift and from a givers perspective, ordering including personal name tag was easy. Only downside was that the promised message from DPD never arrived and I had to write to Property Of to actually get the tracking number.
