Purchased our new home through Property Perspective. Can't thank our case worker Megan Raby enough for all her support throughout the process! Kept us up to date and was always available for a call or email with any queries we had. As 1st time buyers she really made the process so easy and stress free. 100% recommend!

Having recently dealt with The Property Perspective, I hoped for a smoother purchasing process than with a typical agent.
That wasn’t the case.
After submitting an offer (above asking), we were strung along for nearly a week, with no communication whatsoever. Eventually, we were informed that our offer was unsuccessful —disappointing but fine.
Two weeks later, they called to ask if my offer was still on the table due to undisclosed issues with the buyer. When I followed up the next day, they said the issues had been resolved, and the property was no longer available.
UPDATE post-comments below - I was informed there were 'issues', not that the other buyer's offer had fallen through. When I called back, I was informed that everything was suddenly 'back on track' after less than 24 hours. Ultimately, this just validates my experiences of poor communication and unprofessionalism.
If you don’t mind being used as bait with zero professionalism or clear communication, The Property Perspective is the company for you.

I found Megan to be both understanding and diligent in regard to my recent purchase via PP. She was easily contactable and always returned emails in a timely manner. I realsie the review is for the company, however its often the staff that dictate the customer experiance, so well done to Megan and Victoria who did their upmost to ensure I managed to move into and enjoy my new home!

Keira was amazing throughout the process of helping us buy our first home. She was super diligent, always kept me well informed, always very polite, and overall did a fantastic job!

Its not often I bother doing reviews, unless, as in this case,
I feel the service we received from Property Perspectives was appauling and for the benefit of fhose who
might be considering ibuting a house through them, think again!
It must just be me, as there appear to be many good reviews….but mine is not!
Made an offer on a property back on 03/06/24 as our flat was under offer by a cash buyer,
the property we wanted was vacant and only 9 years old, same agent, Unique Estate Agents(who were very helpful throughout)
However, apart from the "Hi, congatulatins" E-mail, telling us that they anticipated a completion date of late August / early September (ha)
we finally managed to move in just before Christmas, in the dark . When our solicitor heard Property Perspectives were being involved as a middle party betwwen Morris Homes and Unique, he the expression "Nightmare" was mentioned (perhaps we should have listened then)
There was poor / minimal communication froPP throughout and we got all our questions answered by Unique staff.
PP seemed to blame everyone else for the delays with leaseholder information/forms / Morris Homes solicitors but more like
"someon" at PP did not ensure all paperwork was applied for in time and submitted when needed…Our purchaser was extremely patient with us as it was delay after dealy
until finally they had enough and went away for a month….but at least Various issues along the way but one case, we
asked that keys for the windows be provided as all unlocked….answer came back via Estate Agents, "Don’t think Mark will be getting his keys!"
perhaps because I was considering pulling out and madethem aware that my patiance was running out! Also asked did they have technical documents for appliances/boiler/alarms etc and was told they would make sure that they would provide downloads etc prior to cpmpletion....later disputed and none provided
Fortunately the Morris Homes Sales team have helped us out since moving in.
PP had the cheek to call us at arounf 3.30pm on comp day to congratulate us , THEY had sorted everything and we could collect keys….it was UNIQUE that we thanked when we got keys as they deserved praise. Should we ever make an offer on a property again and find out Property Perspectives are involved,
we will without doubt, withdraw our offer and go elsewhere….I have knowledge of amny Housing developers and am surprised that a company with a
reputation as good as Morris Homes, give their business to this company.
After completion, I must give ctedit to Lee (Supervisor) at PP who did speak to me, did answer my questions, did respond to my calls
He arranged to sort a few matters out and did resolve issues without any problems.
Totally unimpressed with what I thouoght was an unnecessary 3rd party in the sales process
Even got the Ground rent wrong - told me in writing £300 ended up a couple of days before completion as £450….too late to question it so having to pay £150 more than expected every year…thanks again PP

Great service - Megan and the team were amazing! Really personable and cared about selling our property and supported us through various stumbling blocks along the way! Very tenacious when chasing viewers, buyers, solicitors and developers for us which really made a difference. The way of working is really helpful, there’s a webpage with updates on your sale and you can talk to anyone on the phone who will access your account log and be able to answer any questions which is great if you happen to call during someone’s lunch or annual leave. Highly recommend, thanks Megan!

Excellent service from this company from start to finish. Helpful discussion and advice on selling our property and a sale secured within 4 weeks.
The team were very supportive in ensuring the whole process was completed in a timely manner. Keira was our contact and we found her helpful and professional, working hard to keep the sale on track and regular feedback to us. I would have no concerns in recommending this company

The staff is nice and helpful. They can be easily called and response fast. Specially Megan, she always updated me the status of my case. I feel stress free in the process of completion.
Thank you.

As a first time buyer property perspective made the process as stress free as possible. My case was dealt with by Keira, she provided a professional and friendly service with excellent communication. Would definitely recommend

Property was sold to us in Peterborough. After moving in we noted many things were accomplished by previous owner as cosmetic changes marely to sell it out. Example, fillers in wall cracks, balcony fencing etc. We expected property perspective to be more vigilant on these things.

Megan and the team are very efficient and always went above and beyond to chase things up for us. Would recommend this company for sale and purchase as they do get the job done. Thank you

We had an amazing experience with Property Perspective. Our moving was very stressful and not straightforward, but Megan and the Team went above and beyond to help sorting things and we made it!
We always felt supported, understood. Customer care is on the 1st class level and personal approach was brilliant. The Team would always listen to us and it did feel like not just Estate Agency, but a bit of Mental Health Therapy (that's what you need when you move houses😅) Even when Megan was on her Leave, other managers were very helpful. Lauren was very caring to our case too. Many thanks for all your work. We highly recommend PP, because it's fast, modern, professional and caring Agency.

Our experience with Megan was incredible to say the least! She was amazing from the very first point of contact and she helped us tremendously throughout. Our solicitor was unfortunately absolutely terrible and everyone involved was shocked that they were technically qualified, but Megan went above and beyond to help us push our solicitors to get into great as well as ensuring everything was done as soon as possible on the other parties side to move things along as quick as possible. We honestly could not have asked for someone better to help deal with the purchase of our house. Her expertise and service helped us through the stress caused by our horrendous solicitors. We cannot thank Megan enough for everything she done for us during what turned out to be one of the most stressful situations we've dealt with amd if we were ever in a position to sell our home, we wouldn't hesitate to go these guys. Outstanding service and we cannot recommend them enough! 5* service. Thank you so much!

Keira and her team are absolutely amazing! Every step of the way in selling my home and buying a new build, they kept me updated, were professional but friendly. Answered all my queries. Nothing was any trouble for them. I would absolutely recommend Property Perspective to sell your home.

Megan was always informative and constantly working hard to keep progress moving with an important house purchase in difficult circumstances. She was a breath of fresh air in the house buying process, the same could not be said for the solicitors, but Property Perspective always had my best interests at heart. When Megan went on holiday I was informed immediately and assigned Kiera who was just as effective. Wonderful people who represented this company admirably.

Megan and Lauren are very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I’m from the US and therefore not familiar with the ins and outs of buying in the UK. They were very gracious and patient. I felt like I understood the process and the steps I needed to take.

Avoid at all cost Property perspective are not an estate agent they are a call centre communication is shocking they don’t tell you the fees are plus vat they don’t do a companied viewings they mix appointments and feedback up not to mention the no shows they didn’t even sell my property the local agent sold it if your looking at new builds sell your property first 90 percent of the new builders use them and I don’t know why

Reply from The Property Perspective
Always helpful and knowledgeable. Chased things up for us and always stayed on top of the chain. Generally just refreshingly competent compared to other estate agents we've used.

Fabulous service from start to finish. Always communicated and nothing was too much trouble. Megan was lovely and dealt with her more than our Solicitor.

Wasn’t the easiest of a purchase (through no fault of your own) but couldn’t of asked for a better company to work with, they took all the stress off they possibly could. Megan especially went above and beyond to help us and get us where we needed to be. We are forever grateful. Thank you.
