I am a collector of crystals and have done for several years now so I knew that the pink agate crystal was died however I got this confirmed by a professional who have dealt with crystals for over 2 decades who also confirmed that it is dyed. I have reached out to the store and they are just telling me to send it back but won’t pay for a collection as I have mobility issues and I cannot pop to the post office whenever I feel like. It is their companies website which states they are pure and natural stones however it seems I have been mislead by the false advertisement of their crystals.

They have great customer service and great products.

What is there not to love about The Psychic Tree they are always on the ball with customers orders from start to finish, they have so much choice with all the products there is never anything you can't find & iv already got a few of their crystals, stones, crystal keyring, & now my beautiful dreamcatcher earrings 😍 I'm always recommending this shop to everyone.

Poor quality. I ordered a so called polished stone it arrived not polished and chipped. I then got in touch and had to send two emails in order to get a response a replacement was sent which was even worse than the first. Disappointed waste of money I do not recommend. I am currently awaiting a response

I only ever bought tumbles and rough crystals and after seeing the quality of them I'm glad I didn't buy any big specimens. The tumbles are always small and poor quality with chips and scratches. The only positive things are the delivery is quick and packaging is OK.

I messed up my order and didn't realise till after I had paid. I emailed thinking it was probably to late but Holly emailed straight back having fixed the issuse completely. Thank you so much, I will definitely be shopping with you again in the future!

The "Crystals" sent had little resemblance to the ones on the web-site.
I reached out but was met by a dismissive reply. Numerous ping pong emails later it was accepted the items sent out were not of the best quality.
As I Customer I should not have to endure such time consuming challenge's.
I was "eventually" offered a refund....but too little too late.
I am exhausted having to break through all the brick walls this company has in place to wear the Customer Down: Complaint Fatigue seems to be their aim, and they have succeeded.
The reply from this company is untrue: I never refused to return the items. The reply is somewhat a work of fiction.
I wish I was able to load photographs to my review, the items sent had no resemblance to those on the website.

I am very impressed by the service, and items I bought. I Will definitely be shopping here again.

My emotions roll on perfume was broken by Royal Mail . I contacted psychic tree and let them know, Holly from psychic tree responded to my email and got a replacement sorted for me . Amazing customer service!!!!
