Terrible products, what is advertised is not what you receive. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I threw my 2 dresses in the bin...sent numerous emails and they could not care less.
The product turned up and was nothing like the photo bad quality, I paid $130 for the item I requested to return priduct they then tried to offer me $20 refund and keep the product, I wanted a refund so paid $25 for postage back to China and they said the parcel never arrived and refuse to look into where it is or give my money back STAY AWAY SCAM

The material is cheap, non breathable, no 'give' whatsoever and I am sure it is most likely highly flammable like the stuff from Shein. I thought I was purchasing quality garments from an Australian store not from China!. The sizing is small. I am disgusted at how much I've paid for basically crap clothes. Now I am going to attempt to get my money back, not confident this will be easy....... My recommendation is DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! 😠
Zero stars would be good. Plastic fabric, no labels anywhere, so I also have no idea the size I was delivered(too small) . Weeks to arrive out of China. No refund as on sale(expensive for sale price), despite numerous emails.
The clothes are absolute cheap crap! They are Shein type clothing that come in the same kind of plastic bag with Boho Pure on the outside. Only difference, they're cheaper on Shein. One dress I ordered is not what was shown on the website and it was orange and I ordered pink. I have sent several emails to return them with absolutely no response. Their return policy says 'must have original tags attached'. What tags? And there's no labels on the clothing either. Absolute rip off. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing anything. How many of this type of review can one business get before something is done about them?
Horrible horrible dress ! Cheap and nasty fabric nothing like the photos .. no labels and no returns policy because of its reduced you have zero come back for refund !! Should be reported to the ombudsman 🤬
If i could give zero stars I would. Listed as an Aussie company. Came from chine. They use generic product images and the pants were terrible quality all round. The material was not stretch tights, the elastic was cheap, the stitching is terrible, the sizes were all over the place. I contacted them for an exchange. I was told no as it was a sale item...because they give you 10% everytime you use the site. Everything is on sale. Scammers. Do not buy
If I could put zero I would! Obviously not Australian based! The poor quality of these dresses are shocking and they don’t even return the multiple emails I have sent. Obviously a scam I will be reporting them to Australian consumer rights and also making a dispute through my bank

Bought a Liora dress a few months ago and missed the return deadline , bought a smaller size , the fabric quality, print and design of the dress is nothing but cheap and nasty . They deny any issue under , camera lighting ( of the two dresses side by side) , print / fabric dye difference , the gathered panel on the second dress is just a flap of fabric not even attached to the skirt . Absolute garbage , they won’t even accept it back for free to see their shoddy quality.
The dresses purchased were not at all like the photo. The quality is extremely poor. You wouldn't pay $15 for these let alone the $82 price tag. The company refuses to refund even though these are not what was advertised. This company is a scammer company advertising clothing that simply is not wearable and then saying because it was a sale that it cannot be returned. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE. You'll be very disappointed and the clothing will not be able to be worn.
What a dodgy company. They say they are Australian but once you’ve placed your order you find out your items are coming from china and will take weeks to show up. Then when they show up more disappointment awaits you. Your carefully chosen items are so awfully cheap and horrible. The material is all very low grade polyester and feels like you are wearing cling wrap. Unwearable in Qld. They don’t fit at all even tho you measured yourself and looked at their sizing chart. They actually don’t look anything like the pictures. So you send an email to see what you can do. Days go by. Nothing. So you send another email. This goes on for nearly 2 weeks. You get a vague reply asking for details of your order even tho you’ve put all that in your previous emails. Eventually you get told sorry but the items you purchased were on sale and cannot be returned. I didn’t even ask for my money back. I was going to accept a store credit but they wouldn’t even do that. Actually I don’t care, I wouldn’t buy their rubbish again under any circumstances.

Disappointed is a huge understatement of how I was left feeling about this dress, fully believed that I was purchasing from Australia not China. Fabric, design, colour and fit not as advertised on website, and have been declined a refund as after reviewing my photos they saw nothing wrong with the dress. Would never purchase from here again and recommend other do the same.
Absolute scam ! The products are nothing like the pictures and they refuse to refund . The materials are cheap polyester crap , not made in Australia and likely not designed in Australia . Customer service is an absolute joke ! The item arrived with no tags at all ie size brand washing label , sizing is ridiculous not to mention the cheap material and poorly sewn . Don’t bother people ! They will steal your money . I’d have to say that the quality of shein products is even better than this absolute rubbish !
God. What an excruciating 2 months. I ordered in early november, 2 dresses for my mother and grandmother as a christmas gift. All went downhill. It all started with the courier doing an unsafe delivery. I live on a main road, and there is just a gate to walk up to the front door (which is never locked, and can be opened on either side of gate). Courier left my parcel at the front of my gate on the fromt grass (i.e council property). Delivered at 10am mind you so i was at work. Came home from work to find out it was stolen. Pure Boho made the process extremely long for no reason. I even had an email from imile taking responsibility and to forward it to pure boho so they can replace it. At that point i requested a refund. For over a month, i never heard anything. I kept having to follow up which i only recieved countless reassurance emails. 6 Dec they “arranged” a replacement to be sent out and stated that as soon as the courier scans the parcel i will receive tracking information. Now do you think i ever recieved it? No. I followed up again on the 15 dec requesting if it had been sent out as i never got tracking. They responded the next morning and said they would look into it. Now, i had a bad feeling as everytime they would send me emails it would always be at strange times, never standard australia business hours (9am-5pm), even got one at 2:30am in the morning. Clearly they are not Australian, and are overseas. So i got curious and read reviews. I also google reverse image searched the dresses i ordered, and found them on Aliexpress and Temu - for a third of the price. What balls do they have selling dresses for $130 when they source for $30, and claiming they are “Australian designed” Anyways, i then requested a formal refund on 16 Dec. Had to follow up on 30 Dec as i didnt hear a peep from them. They finally responded back on 31 Dec that the management team have approved the refund. And it will take a few days to come back to me, but i will receive a confirmation email once processed. 8 Jan, still nothing so another followup email sent. Followed up again 9 Jan. 10 Jan they finally responded, requesting i provide my order number as they are unable to locate the status without it. I responded 12 Jan stating that i was unsure why you needed my order number as this has been an ongoing issues for 2 months, and that it was frustrating and absolutely unacceptable. I provided my order number and screenshots of my order confirmation, stating i would like this refunded asap. 13 Jan they came back and said my order number has been escalated to their finance team to check the status. Once update is recieved they will get back to me. Same day, couple hours later, i received a refund notification from Shop with an automated email that the refund has been processed. Now waiting for funds to come through. 15 Jan - REFUNDED FINALLY.
Please dont order from this self proclaimed australian store!! If you find something you like, screenshot the item and pop it into google, i promise you will find its so much cheaper and less stress.
Oh and Pure Boho, if you are going to reply, don’t send me your automated “contact our customer service” - You know your customer service was an absolute joke.

I purchased from the site on 21 December 2025. I did not read the reviews so ill take the hit this time because had i read them i would never had purchased from this site.
I brought the liora maxi dress for $96 (not cheap!)
The website stated the dress was crafted in Australia so when I got an email stating my package was leaving China, i was confused, that's when i read the reviews.............
I held hope as i waited 3 weeks for my dress to arrive. Hope was dashed when the dress finally arrived, my daughter can make a better quality dress in school sewing class.
It was abysmal, the dress was nothing like the pictures it was almost laughable had i not wasted almost $100 on this atrocious smock.
I had contacted the company asking to return the dress and get a refund, you can imagine what they said - anything brought during a promotional period is ineligible for a refund-
Well lesson learned i guess, i have reported the site to ACCC and will wait to see if any meaningful action happens.

Quality so bad that it is insulting.
In current PayPal claim against them - please do not use!!!! They try to say that they will not return based on the policy not allowing returns for discounted items. They are always discounted. Major dodgy business - facebook needs to stop using such sites and I need to get more savy.

I'm extremely disappointed with my order. The dress looks nothing like what was advertised. The cut and material are shockingly poor quality, the colour and sizing are way off and it is unwearable in public. There are no labels, tags, or garment care instructions. This is a complete scam - criminal to charge the amount they have for this awful mess of a 'dress'. Ugliest/ worst thing I have ever paid for in all my years shopping online.

Product you order is a cheap knock off from China and looks like it, just rubbish you can't wear.
You email for refund and they because it was on sale they will not refund but the whole site is on sale.
Wish I had come hear to read reviews first, first time I have got stung and will check reviews from now on.
