I try to support small businesses as much as possible, so I have been a customer of puzzle design for many years and I can confirm that the jewellery is beautiful and super original, delivery is quick and prices are very good. However, quality is sometimes their downfall and lately, this, plus poor customer service really disappointed me. I believe firmly that direct feedback and giving the chance to rectify is better than a negative review. So I approached puzzle design first to complain for the poor quality of one of their products, hoping for them to be able to rectify this; however, their answer was putting the blame back on me for the poor quality of their product, and I was not even offered an apology.

Amazing quality!!!! I ordered one of the CD bracelets from this lovely small business I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the bracelet and the service, the bracelet arrived quickly and was beautifully presented in a gift bag. I can highly recommend them as a small business and wish them lots of luck for the future.

Such a beautiful collection! With fast and friendly service, Cris is always willing to help. She goes above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you are after. Items can be worn casually or for special occasions and they feel really personal and original. I wear something different every day from the items I have bought and I get many compliments! Also great for gifts as pieces are very reasonably prices and the quality is great. I would highly recommend to everyone! x
