I was very excited to find your site and see the fabrics and other sewing related items you have. It was easy to order and the staff was very helpful when there was an address problem. I have enjoyed receiving follow up announcements re. new acquisitions, etc . It was also a very pleasant surprise to receive your “addition to my stash” when my order arrived to day.

The only not so great thing was the time it took to get here which is not exactly your problem

I would really like to thank Tracy for her amazing customer service!! I had ordered a mini iron as a Christmas present, I was a bit worried so I contacted the email when I didn’t receive any tracking information. She was very kind and let me know before packing she noticed a piece was broken so she kindly ordered another and shipped it to me as soon as she received it! She was incredibly sweet and thoughtful and added a sweet little extra something for the trouble! I greatly appreciate all the effort to make sure I was happy with the order and communicate with me in regards to the shipping.
