I really love my thetadome, my hair is better, thicker and healthier and recommended to anyone who is having a hair problem.

One day I plugged it in and the light was red and flashing quickly. Oh oh. I called customer care and agent was easy to work with. She was knowledgeable and guided me through a few brief tests of the unit. Determined my original charger was the issue. She ordered the part for me and it arrived promptly. Price was reasonable too. Unit charges again and hair growth can return.

My Theradome helmet stopped my hair loss. I used it regularly for about a year and it really helped. I need to replace the battery so have not used it for a while so my hair loss has returned.... that really made me realize how much the helmet helped.

I purchased the Theradome Pro 2 years ago and have been using it religiously. I have 460 treatments on the unit. I am a post menopausal woman. That takes duasteride and finasteride, take all the oral supplements, uses oral and topical minoxidil, gets thyroid checked and on medication for that, dont smoke nor drink and is on HRT.

Pros: I believe it has made my hair thicker overall and makes it grow faster. The Theradome is probably helping keep my hair looking healthy. However, I do take excellent care of it beyond using the helmet. I will continue to use for these reasons and I HOPE I am getting SOME regrowth from where I lost hair.

Cons: It never helped with my hair loss. I still loose hair and the reality is if you look at my before and afters. There isn't much improvement. More issues are at play than using a helmet to correct the problem for me.

Very uncomfortable to use as there aren't any cushioning around the sides other than these cheap stick ons that fell off on first use. So I shove them into the sides, they didn't hold up so they are pretty useless so I feel the plastic dig into my scalp and the dome is too big for me so I can't move around with out risk of it jostling around and digging in more. I must stay still in an upright position for the whole treatement.

More importantly: the charging has always been an issue. I have to put the dome on its end to accept the power source. Always a hope and a prayer that I get it to charge again. For this reason I dropped down to 2 stars.

I believe for a 1k unit there should not be charging issues and better cushioning built in and not cheap stick on stripes. Don't buy thinking this is it your hair loss will be cured. It will probably help and more than I am giving it credit for. There is usually more at play than just a helmet to solve all the issues.

I really like the product. My situation is complicated and I have a condition that red light therapy really can’t reverse. But the hair that is not impacted by the condition is healthier, smoother, thicker and cosmetically that really helps. Also, customer service is wonderful and really seems to care!

I have been using the Theradome PRO for quite a while and absolutely love it. Hair shedding stopped almost immediately and regrowth became noticeable in about 6-8 weeks. It is so easy to use; just put on the helmet, press the button and wear it for 20 minutes twice a week. It tells you what session you're up to and how much time you have left in the session. I highly recommend to anyone having hair thinning issues.

Skip! My Theradome Evo LH40 stopped worked after 142 uses (so just about a year of use). Apparently the charge unit is askew so I can't charge it any longer. I always had charging issues from the beginning but it used to charge by wiggling the cable till it completely stopped. Now for a $700 dollar item, this doesn't speak very highly for it's quality and manufacturing. Theradome doesn't have any ability to repair it and they don't want to replace it because it's over the warranty period. Now I'm left with a $700 piece of plastic. Skip

I have had this product for several years now and absolutely love it and I can say it works. I have had a couple of issues with the charging cord and when I call in, they solve the problem immediately. I received a new charging cord within days. Their customer service is excellent as is the product. I highly recommend them.

This product came recommended by my dermatologist who doesnt trust the current trendy supplements on the market claiming she doesnt know what's in them. The theradome after 3 treatments has already decreased my hair shedding. I noticed it immediately after shampooing. Looking forward to see what happens next.

In several months, I successfully completed used the unit half a dozen times -- and spent eight times that amount of time trying unsuccessfully to get the unit working. It will not keep a charge and two chargers from the company failed after one use each. Customer service assumes problems are user error and sets Sisyphean tasks -- if their charger doesn't work then try and 2nd; if that doesn't work, then try a 3rd. Etc. Issue not resolved over months.

I had a simple question that I spent a very long time trying to get them to answer. So date of experience trust pilot request is irrelevant. I'm talking a long time.
They never did answer it. Replies were not relevant. One advised making a telephone appointment with their tricologist who didn't call and was unlikely to know the answer anyway. Then they just stopped replying. They do not know their products.

I love my Therdome! I have used it now for 6mo and can tell a difference in hair loss and new growth. My devices battery did fail after a couple of month. But after contacting the company they sent me a new one. I would 100% recommend.

I bought the Theradome Evo because my hair was thinning on the crown of my head. It has helped to stop shedding and encourage new growth. Last week (after 364 treatments) my Theradome would not charge. After following all the Troubleshooting suggestions without any luck, I called Customer Care. Stephanie walked me through various steps and eventually it started to charge. She called me back the next day to check whether the charging completed. Thanks for your help, Stephanie!

The customer service I received was outstanding, Olivia responded so quickly to each of my inquiries and was kind, patient and immensely helpful.
I am eagerly awaiting the Theradome helmet I ordered. Prior to purchasing the helmet, I researched similar devices and chose Theradome based on the excellent reviews and research behind it.

Theradome is a high quality produst. I am very satisfied with the results. No hair has fallen out since I started the treatment 18 months ago. My hair is fuller and thicker. The customer service is a pleasure. Thank you Stephanie.

I’ve been using Theradome for a little over two years. When I was younger my hair was very thick. After a few frustrating years of hair thinning and shedding I decided to give Theradome a try. I also use Nutrafol in conjunction with the laser treatments. I do a treatment every other day and I am maintaining a full head of hair with minimal shedding. I’m not sure what the condition of ny hair would be if I wasn’t using Theradome. That’s a risk I refuse to take.

The theradome laser works as described. The customer service is excellent. I have used other similar products over the years and customer service was never very good. Theradome is the exception.

This is an update from below review. To date, my hair loss is about the same or WORSE. NO significant progress whatsoever. I did not have severe hair loss, I had thinning and you could see some of my scalp. Now the front and sides of my hairline are thinner, hair is breaking off, I'm shedding just as much. I was diagnosed with AGA with likely some stress related loss (which is now resolved in my life). All my labs were fine. I am beyond disappointed and depressed over this. $900 is a lot of money to spend on a "maybe" will work. I am moving on now to trying exosome therapy. I would say if you don't see visible results in 7 months (I'm 7 months in and 73 treatments), it's not going to work. Don't wait if you want your money back in 6 months, though. I have not seen ANY reviews from people that it took over 7 months to show ANY progress. I had a phone visit with the company's trichologist and he basically assured it would work but that is not accurate for every case. Again, I will make it clear, I did NOT have severe hair loss, just thinning that I just started to notice about a year prior to starting this. I am not bald but fear I will be there if something else isn't done. I may also have cave and go to minoxidil but scared to death of the "dread shed". I hope this helps someone.

GREAT customer service. I've been using the Theradome for about 2 months, I'm on my 24th treatment. The shedding has significantly decreased. There is no new hair growth, yet and being the impatient person I am, that is the most difficult part. The helmet is super easy to use, I'm using the Pro 80 model and have been using it about 4X per week.

UPDATE: A little background: I'm post-menopausal and on HRT including testosterone. I was told that the testosterone contributed to my hair loss, as well. I'm not sure what to think about that as I've also read from dermatologists that they are not seeing that in their patients being treated with testosterone and some believe that it can actually help decrease it. What's a girl to think?!! It's now been 5 months of use, I'm on treatment 55. The shedding I thought decreased as in my first review 3 months ago, came back not long after that. Then, I went from every other day to only 2X/week as recommended due to I read one study (I know it's only one) that found that the group who used the laser treatment more often actually took longer for the hair growth. So, I don't know if it's just coincidence but since i went down to 2X/week I have noticed decreased shedding a lot in the last 2-3 weeks. No new hair growth, yet, but I won't give up on it because maybe it's just taking longer for me. However, the hair thinning/loss is much worse on my hairline in the front and sides than it was when I started 5 months ago. I am very, very self conscious and can even tell that people are noticing. It's very depressing but again, I'm not giving up just yet. The timeline seems to be a little different depending on where you read the reviews on it. Some customers stated they saw new hair growth in 2-3 weeks. I find that VERY hard to believe unless they had a very mild problem or the problem was already starting to resolve on it's own (such as stress-induced hair loss). Others state no huge difference in a few years, but no further loss. So really, anything in between is possible. One thing I have definitely noticed is that my gray hair has decreased somewhat. I don't seem to have that stark gray line when my roots grow out. It could be wishful thinking so I'll continue to pay attention to that.
What's the verdict? I don't know. Am I going to continue? Absolutely. I could try to add topical minoxidil but there is no way on earth I have time to put that on, leave it on and wash it out 2X/day! I already have a full time job!
I'll update again in a few months with what I hope is very good news.

I have a Theradome red light helmet because I was losing my hair due to inflammation. It has definitely made my scalp healthy and I have seen some new growth too. I wish I had always used this helmet!!
