DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! NO customer service!
I placed an order on 4/3/26 (order 207745) for their premium Fly Traps. I spent $94.67. The order was charged to my credit card, and shipped. On 4/7/26 it arrived in Nashville, TN (which is my regional distribution center for my address.) For some reason, it was sent to Omaha, NE and has been sitting in Omaha NE since 4/9/26.
I have repeatedly tried to contact the company via their "support-at-theranchpestcontrol.com" (since they do not have a customer service phone number on their site) and have not received any reply. I have also initiated a "Missing Mail" request with USPS.
As of this date, I have not heard anything from The Ranch Pest Control except promotional/junk emails. I have since filed a dispute with my credit card company requesting my money back. I do not recommend ordering from these people as their customer service is "poor" and "non-existent." I
