I have 2 male cats who barely tolerate each other and who went into a state of panic when I took in a small female stray who had been in my garden for a week in December. The males became aggressive to her and each other. Thermapet really calmed things down to the extent that one of the males was able to settle close to the female without a problem and the other avoided her (he tends to prefer his own company). The female also calmed down and was less jumpy around the males. This was after a few days and had continued to be the case until recently. I didn’t notice the bottle had run out! I have just ordered more. Each bottle lasts a month, which gives me peace of mind but will be a lifelong commitment. (Hence the 4 stars not 5)!!!!!

TherapetMD is life-changing. I have two 8-month-old cats who have bad anxiety from what happened to them as they were small. The diffuser really helps them to sleep more peacefully and to be calmer.

if I could leave no stars and still write a review that be great, because I waisted alot of $$ on their so called great product, which didnt do anything. False advertising!!!!! I would NOT reccommend this thing to anyone DONT BUY IT!!!

I have had these less than a month for my 2 dogs and I am already seeing a big difference! I wish I had found these sooner!!

The dog diffuser is sold to people in the UK with a UK plug fitted, but the packaging clearly states it shouldn't be used on any voltage other than one that the UK does not use. I emailed, received the acknowledgement that I would get a response in a number of working days, and heard nothing - in well over the days. It will be two weeks tomorrow. Clearly they don't like responding to concerns over product safety.

I used it for a couple of hours before the voltage text was pointed out to me. When I unplugged it, the unit was hot. In that regard, I can't comment on its effectiveness at calming dog anxiety - the house potentially burning down felt like a bigger source of stress than anything else they having going on in their lives.

With no alternative explanation from the supplier I am left believing the dog plug ins are a fire hazard and no-one in the UK should take that risk. With the absence of a response from the company, I'll be looking into if I can report them to trading standards. I'll guess there will be a reason why I can't but I think this level of disregard for safety concerns is appalling.

My dog has pee’d in the hall almost every night since I got her 5 yrs ago! Nothing would stop this from happening no matter what I tried, puppy pads, changing the time of her last walk…nope! This plug in has changed my life!
With the exception of 2 episodes I have not wakened to my hall being drenched and honestly can’t believe how good this product is!

In the 60 days of use, I noticed an 80% improvement on our senior girl who pees inside and licks everything. Our 3yr old male has anxiety when meeting people- we’re working on that. Hoping that with continued use, all 5 pups will improve.

After trying a one off purchase just after Christmas of the diffusers for my two cats. I was disappointed that i appeared to have been signed up to a subscriptions and received and was charged for two more refills a month later. I could not afford this to be taken from my bank. I have chased Customers Services since the 2nd of March for a refund (which they had agreed to). But now in April still no refund.
On the product I have to say there was a strong smell coming from both diffusers, which resulted in me switching them off as I thought they were burning. This smell was not something that happened with my previous branded plug ins.

Therapeutic works for real!! I ran out and my cats have gone insane. Knocking things off the counter, climbing the door frames, fighting with each other. Just things they haven’t done in months when I plugged the first 2 diffusers in. Order made in a rush for new refills!

Was unsure about buying however I need not worry about it. My cats are so settled right from get go .I've now put it on repeat purchase every 60 days .

Awful product. The stuff smells so bad it’s hard to leave on. It made zero difference, if anything made things worse. The customer service is just as bad, just get ignored.

My puppy was unable to relax. Sleeping for only short periods. Non-stop movement. Very hyper. i have been using this product for 3 months. It is amazing how much calmer and more manageable he has become. I can't do without this product. Have recommended to two other dog owners, who also are amazed at the change in their dogs. I highly recommend this product.

My cat was peeing on our bed, clothes and couch and nothing worked until I got the therapet diffusers. He not only stopped peeing but seemed happier and became more affectionate. Highly recommend if you have a cat that pees behaviorally/ due to stress.

It works so well! I had one kitten who came into a cat established home and was peeing everywhere and within 2 weeks of using the diffuser, she has stopped completely!
