Great service and delivery. Three weeks in and my RLS has reduced although I still take a (reduced dose) Ropinirole. Hoping to wean off this one day.

I was unsure about this - was it another gimmick so I was grateful I had the option to return but it really has helped my restless legs. I use it for about 10 minutes before bed (on both legs - I bought two) and I can get to sleep. If I wake up with restless legs I put them on again and they really help. My other half wasn't woken by the noise but be aware that there is a vibrating sound - a duvet muffles it a bit but just in case you share a bed with a light sleeper. They are quick to charge and last about 3 sessions.

UPDATE - I have had several replacements now of this device as the charge only lasts 5 minutes and not the 30 minutes that it originally held.
The company have had excellent communication and have sent out replacements fast.
Unfortunately, the replacements also only hold a five minute charge before you must reset them.
Very disappointed because I need to use these nightly for severe RLS.

I am 73 and have been struggling for over a year with severe restless legs every night. I do not take medication for it so it is a challenge to get enough sleep each night. I bought a Therapulse unit for each leg. Therapulse helps to calm my legs so I can get back into bed and get some sleep. It doesn’t eliminate the restless legs but it has allowed me to cut down on the number of times I get up in the night and it has increased the length of time I can stay in bed. I am so pleased that I am going to buy a couple more units as backups. I am a little confused as to how long I should keep them on after the first few days so I am just using as needed. I have only tried modes 1-5 so far. I would like to buy extra straps as they seem to be quickly wearing. Thank you!
