The agent who helped me this morning was an absolute angel! She made the process of figuring out why my claim was being denied so easy. She took the time to research everything and discovered that the payer ID had changed within the past two weeks, which was the reason my claim kept getting denied. Because of her diligence and knowledge, I was able to successfully resubmit my claim. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. I’m so grateful for her outstanding customer service!

Very easy to use and great customer service. The portal itself is easy to use for both myself and my clients. When I do need a question answered, the customer service team has been very quick to respond and provide actual help and meaningful answers/fixes. I have been using Therapy Notes for almost 6 years now and have never had a major problem.

Tanece was very patient with me as I tried to cognitively understand everything that had happened. She mapped out the payments herself and came back to share what she had done. She accepted that I had also worked on it and figured out a reasonable solution. She didn't get upset that I figured something out on my own.

Having assistance in the U.S.A that is available 24/7 is amazing. Being a billing coordinator, it can be difficult getting resolution when dealing with insurance companies because they are often lacking the ability to comprehend issues & the language barrier is not easy. When I call for tech support to ThearpyNotes everyone is always super helpful and they have an understanding of the challenges we are attempting to overcome. Service is invaluable!

1. I was having problems logging in. Brian S is the epitome of professionalism and patience - I am 70 years old and technology and I are not compatible. He walked me through different pathways that should have worked, but my browser was not cooperating. He suggested another gadget to use. I tried my laptop and it worked! Knowing that the password was correct, I manually typed it into my iPhone and it worked! Were I to be a cartoon puppy, my puppy tail was a wagg'n! Thank you, Brian S., and thank you Therapy Notes for being accessible 24/7! Love your service, but every once in a while, there are glitches in the connection between the client and me.
2, Anna A., within hours of my review, very quickly and professionally reached out to me in an email and wonderfully explained how this could be my home internet, or too many devices in my home being used at the same time, and what to do to correct this! It was excellently written and so easy to understand and follow.
